We had an absolute blast on our trip to Maui. Condo was perfect for our family of five. My wife and I and 3 boys ages 14,18 and 21. Had amazing views of the ocean right from our balconies. They also had beach stuff you could use. 3 chairs, 2 boogie boards and a cooler. Used them everyday!

We had the best stay at this beautiful property. Host was overly accommodating. Everything was exactly as pictured and listed. Beds were super comfortable and clean and the AC worked great. Very clean and organized with helpful directions for everything. We were appreciative to have use of the beach equipment and access to do laundry as needed in the unit. The two decks were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend and would love to come back in the future! Thank you for sharing this hidden gem with us!

Our family of 5 stayed at C5 and it was such a great condo!! We had a great time on this property. We really enjoyed the beach on the property. Its close proximity to Napili Bay was perfect. We walked for coffee nearby at the Napili Coffee Store daily. The condo itself was very clean, beautifully updated and comfortable. The beds were great. We all slept perfect. I’d highly recommend this condo.

We loved our time here! The condo was fully equipped with everything you need, including plenty of beach supplies. We loved the private beach and we were lucky enough to snorkel with turtles there almost daily. The unit was far enough away from the major hotels on Maui (super quiet at night), however it was just a short drive (5-10 mins) to all the main beaches, restaurants and shopping. We loved this aspect regarding location. Everything was super clean and the owners were easy to get in contact with. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at and will definitely come back in the future!!

Wow. Just wow. Such a perfect property and condo for our family of four (a 3 year old and 9 month old.) Our little ones loved the shallow kiddie pool, I loved having access to a beach without having to load up the car. The ocean was rough while we were there so we couldn’t swim in the ocean but the kids still loved running from the waves. I loved that they had a free filtered water machine by the pool so that we could fill up our water jugs. I also loved the herb garden we could use. The unit itself is tastefully updated and clean. It has everything you could need, including beach towels and toys. We will be back to the Hula Hideaway at Kahana Sunset!!

We came to Maui with our adult children and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and fully stocked with towels, beach towels, spices and laundry pods! The 2 decks made it nice for morning coffee and the awning allowed us outside in the rain. There was not a lot of sandy beachfront but the lawn chairs on the grass made it nice to lay out or whale and turtle watch. The condo was in a great location for all the activities and restaurants we had planned. Rental car a must. The A/C made it very comfortable with the humidity. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The property is nicely furnished and after traveling 2 weeks and staying in different hotels we immediately felt at home. We were pleased that there was a perfect washing mashing, tumble dryer and well equipped kitchen. The property provided toiletries, tablets for dishwasher and washing machine, something we not always find while travelling in Europe. The beds were comfy and we could black out the room with curtains. The doors to patio had bugs nets and good outdoor furniture and we enjoyed sitting there having breakfast or glass of wine in the evening. The property has an AC, quite noisy but handy as it was very hot without. The grounds are well maintained and it looks like a botanical garden with mango, coconut and papaya trees. The swimming pool has a reasonable size with warm and clean water. The beach is beautiful but small, we didn’t swim there as we visited every day a different beach around the island. We shopped in nearby Napili shopping mall/market. The communication regarding maintenance was smooth and easy and our requests were answered promptly. Overall we were very happy here. Thank you very much.

We appreciated and marveled at everything the owner had displayed! Kahana Sunset has a wonderful setup for a family vacation. The beach and pool are steps away and it is in a quiet and peaceful location, very close to Kapalua and Kaanapali. There are great spaces for larger groups (grills, tables, etc.) The condo was comfortable and spacious. Although the finishes are not "high-end," it was furnished and decorated thoughtfully and comfortably (including the beds). I would certainly recommend to friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Kahana Sunset. It's right on the water and the beach is only steps away from the front door. The unit was clean and well equipped. Bathrooms are tiny but well represented in the listing. Lanai is huge and has shade.

Our unit, C-5 worked great for our family. Spacious and well equipped with all the things. The unit has been recently updated but the kitchen is a bit tight to work in... The placement of the stove, sink, dishwasher and dinnerware are all located in the one corner making is difficult at times. But the communal BBQ's helped streamline cooking. Overall highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back. Thanks!

This was a convenient condo for our needs but was represented as a two bedroom unit. Unfortunately, the second "bedroom" did not have a window that was even a usable window. It was a boarded up mass of slats that would not open to even give any light into the room. The stairs up and down to the bedrooms were a bit much for 80 + year olds to handle to get to a bathroom. We rate it more positive because our gr grandkid loved the pool and grounds. The price was good for the space. Please be sure the cleaning people leave more than one wash cloth for the room of two for the stay.

My family truly had a great time! The Kahana Sunset property and the unit we stayed in did the trick for us, it was nice.. Check-In and Check-Out was easy.. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay perfect, as well as our beach days (Chairs, cooler, etc)The private beach was a huge plus as well. Many sea turtles were within a few feet of us which was awesome to experience.For those wondering, there is a market less than a half mile away that has anything you could want if you need to stock up (Similar to grocery stores on the mainland). We did that versus going to Target/Walmart/Safeway near the airport..Lahaina and the great restaurants on Front street were an easy 15 min drive away (Mala Tavern & Honu were really good)Kapalua Bay and Baby beach (If you have toddlers) were definitely our favorite beaches. Coming from the central time zone our days started pretty early and we enjoyed it all. Great stay, we'll be back.

We ended up at the Kahana Subset after a rezoning issue with our previous VRBO. But we think it was defiantly an upgrade. The location was perfect close enough to grocery and food yet felt like you were tucked back. Grounds were well kept. Clean pool and private beach was a win. The condo itself had a couple little upkeep things but nothing that effected our trip. Bedding and towels were nice and we had everything we needed. Jill with Hula Hideaway was great with communication. Would defiantly stay here again

Condo is just as described. Quick few steps to beach - clean grills throughout property for cooking dinner. Quick drive into Kahanapali and Lahaina for whale watching and shopping. Kapalua 7 minutes or less for excellent golf.

Very much recommend this property. Jill was amazing... very responsive. We loved the property and the view was amazing. The property is peaceful. Bathrooms are a bit small but other than that suits our needs.
