Experience privacy and comfort with your new home-away-from-home. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers you everything you might need to make your island adventure rich and fulfilling. Perfect for a small family or group, the unit comfortably sleeps four.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, with an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, as well as two more in the living room and dining areas to keep the air flowing throughout.

With access to the units full kitchen you won’t need to go out every night. The kitchen has an oven, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. There is also a BBQ grill located just outside on the lanai. If cooking isn’t your forte, rest assured that you’re only a few minutes drive from Keauhou Shopping Center which has several great restaurants as well as much more, including a grocery store and movie theater. Located just off Alii Drive you’re also a straight shot from downtown Kona and all it has to offer.

If you need to escape the warm island sun you’ll have your own private living room with comfortable seating and a 36” flat screen TV. Relax and catch up on any of your favorite programs offered by our local cable company. The unit is equipped with wifi throughout so feel free to log on with your smartphone, laptop, and other devices. Step out and lounge on the lanai while you sip a mai tai and enjoy the sunset.

The unit also contains a washer and dryer which are located in the guest bathroom. Both are free to use so leave your quarters at home and enjoy the convenience of clean clothes on vacation.

As a guest at Keauhou Punahele, you will also have access to their pool facilities including an inground pool and hot tub.

This property has a minimum stay of 5 nights in order to book. The unit has one assigned parking stall.

Keauhou Punahele is quiet complex with many long-term residents. As a guest here we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise levels at a reasonable level. This is a non-smoking facility, so smoking is not permitted on the premises.

We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and trash bags. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

Quite spacious for the two of us. Would still be good for four. Apartment is nice but a little tired, could do with updating somewhat. Still we had a good stay and was nice to be on the ground floor and be able to walk out of the front sliding windows. Pool area is pleasant, quite and sheltered.

Everything was as described! Perfect location and property for our family of 4. The condo was exactly as described. The only thing I could suggest is that the blinds in bedrooms need cleaning/a good dusting and I believe the carpets should get shampooed. There were some minor allergy symptoms while spending time in bedrooms. Overall though, an excellent experience.

The property itself is nice and in a good location. The same cannot be said about some residents and unduly restrictive ‘house rules’. The pool has numerous outdated and restrictive rules (including a no repetitive sound games rule, like Marco Polo, and no ball games on the lawns). There is only one hot tub and there is a rule that children under 14 are not permitted. A rude resident asked my 7 year old to get out of the hot tub while he was quietly sitting in it even though there was no one else in it. This rule makes no sense when there is only one hot tub. The residents also enforce a strict no noise pool policy at all times of the day. Even a quiet conversation is too loud. We witnessed a resident walk over the lawn to the pool to ask a very quiet family to try keep it down even more. The only way they could have done that would be to whisper in each other ears. We heard from other visitors who noted that these were not isolated incidents. In summary, not family friendly. We purchased day passes to the Outrigger nearby where our kids could be kids in the pools.

I was familiar with this condo complex and enjoyed returning to it. The condo was clean and had a nice view. I liked having two twin beds in the guest bedroom. A full sized washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets provided. This building (A) is closest to the road, so there is some road noise during business hours. Phone reception was spotty, if I walked into the bedrooms or bathroom.

This condo is a great place to stay. There is no A/C so if you are expecting that it’s a bust but it’s hard to find anything in Hawaii with A/C. Great back porch area. Well equipped kitchen. The headboard in the master was slightly annoying because it’s too high to hold your pillow on the bed and the master bathroom door is broken. But other than that we loved it!
