Lynn’s place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Right across from the best sunset in the south, the Beach House restaurant, and a little beach. It is a short drive to Poipu beach and everything you need. Lynn let us check in early on our first day because the place was cleaned, and that was super helpful and awesome! We would absolutely stay next time on the island.

unique studio, very close to beach. beautiful place to watch the sunrise/sunset. Multiple beaches are close by, lots of places to eat. The studio itself was very spacious, had everything you needed. Parking in the garage was easy. Very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay in this sweet little place. Just the right size, has everything you need, and overlooks the beautiful tropical garden. So close to a good snorkel spot and one of the best restaurants on the island. It was a real plus to have free parking in an area where parking is challenging! Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay at this Prince Kuhio condo! There were so many things that contributed to our great visit. Some at the top of the list are: very clean, spacious, and comfortable studio with very nice furnishings and decor; quiet and relaxing atmosphere; excellent parking situation with the covered garage - shaded, close to the unit, plenty of available spaces; condo location near Lawai Beach (decent snorkeling), Poipou Beach, Allerton Garden, Spotting Horn; and wonderful communication with Lynn. We would love to stay here again in the future! Mahalo!

The process was so easy and Lynn providing all the info we needed in a welcome letter 2 weeks prior. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, more spacious than a hotel, plus a full kitchen. The shower has great pressure! The pool is really nice to hang out at if you want a break from the beach. Great snorkeling right across the street plus beautiful sandy beaches within a 5min drive or 20min walk. A great location and had everything we needed!!

Condo was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Right across the street from the ocean and a short drive away from beautiful swimming beaches. Can walk to a nice outdoor shopping center with places to eat and a farmers market on Wednesdays. We had an SUV and had trouble finding parking in the garage at night as it was typically full. Ended up parking most of the time on the street, which was also convenient. I'd suggest avoiding parking in the lot overnight as the birds nest in the trees above the lot resulting in droppings on the cars that can be significant. The complex was very laid back as it seemed the average clientele was retirement age or above. Overall had an enjoyable experience in a great location.

We had a good time in the condo. Nice location across from a beach for snorkeling. Lynn is a perfect hostess and great communication. The only point of criticism is the neighborhood, some of which do not observe the quiet times and talk loudly in the garden from 5 am.

Everything as advertised! Everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent communication with owner, quick and informative. Comfy bed, great shower, shaded lanai and I used the laundry room with ease. Walking distance to the ocean and a small beach. Quick drive to bigger beaches, hikes and groceries/restaurants. Lynn and Bill were amazing hosts and we enjoyed our time at their condo! It was close to the beach, clean and inviting! Had no issues during our stay, the condo was equipped with everything we needed and the beach supplies were an added bonus! The tides were high so we couldn’t utilize the beach across the street like we wanted to but there are so many other beaches just a short drive away! Thanks for the great experience! Would recommend to others looking for a quieter stay! :)

My husband and I stayed in this lovely studio condo close to family who live on the island. It was the perfect location to beach time, restaurants, hikes, and adventures. The communication and booking with the hosts was efficient, smooth, and timely. Highly recommend!
