Old soap still left on shelf in shower.,
Advertised as having air-conditioning but in reality that’s not actually true since it doesn’t work very well and certainly doesn’t have an air conditioner in the bedroom where it is most important for sleeping. That is misleading.

The view is as pictured and fabulous. The unit has been updated nicely with quality furnishings and a well equipped kitchen. Our criticism of the unit is that the A/C does not cool the bedroom adequately and even using the multiple fans provided the bedroom was warm, with a fair level of fan noise. Extending the ventless system with a second head unit in the bedroom would be a challenge but would elevate the quality. As to the building, this is a well built older four story steel structure building that shows its age and wear in the stairwells, elevator, outside carpets, and the like. The ocean view from the lawn is panoramic, but there are no covered areas and there is not really a usable beach except a small strip in front of the beach wall next door at low tide; the pool is on the front of the building next to the parking lots. So on the whole a very nice condo unit with a 10 view, but the property is lacking in some features. The management company, Epic, was superb in all respects and we would definitely rent through it again.

The condo was as great as described with great ocean views & everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The lanai was as close as possible to the ocean & made for fabulous whale watching. We will be back on our next Maui vacation.

Tastefully appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable sofa bed. No close by beach to walk on, but very close to the ocean itself.

Kim our was very helpful from the booking through our stay. Specially when air bnb cancelled are reservation due to glitch in their system. Kim made sure we had a place to stay and guide us through Airbnb process. Great location and beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed specious lanai. I would definitely recommend and come back in future.
