We were upgraded to this property after the one we reserved had a leaky roof. The views are amazing. We were disappointed that there wasn't any AC, but the ocean breeze did a pretty good job keeping us cool. Although, I did wake up hot once in a while. The king-sized mattress in the primary suite was a little too firm for my taste. I asked the property managers if they had a mattress topper, or something, because it was causing me back and neck pain, but I never heard back from them. I ended up sleeping on the couch or in the spare room with my daughter. There's a lovely but steep hiking trail behind the condo to a turtle cave that I recommend you check out if it's not too muddy and slippery.

Very clean and comfortable stay, it was exactly what we were hoping for. The view of the ocean is even more beautiful in person!

Could use kitchen towels and stove/microwave was difficult to run do to lack of instructions and wear on dials. Otherwise, the stY was wonderful.

The best part about this property is the view of the ocean from the lanai. Unfortunately, the furnishings are pretty old and tired. But the property will meet your basic needs and give you a beautiful view.

Unit was good but very hot with no air conditioning. Ceiling fans helped but needed more additional fans. We arrived late at night so would recommend someone stopping by the day of check in and opening all of the windows to at least allow some air into the unit. Also, units downstairs have screen doors so that you can leave the door open..we would suggest that the owner have a screen door installed - would have made a tremendous difference on the airflow...we didn’t leave the door open due to possibility of bugs/mosquitoes. Other than the heat we were very happy! Management company was great and very quick to respond when we called with small issue.

Many things not in good working condition. Fans not working. Not all dresser drawers not useable. Stairs under repair made access a bit difficult. View was still great!

This was our first time in Princeville. This was an ideal location for our family. Great view and sound of the ocean. Close drive to Hanalei and North shore beaches. There are adventures right here in Princeville as well. Just a couple miles from Foodland and shave ice. Teens gave the pool a thumbs up.

This condo is waaay beyond needing an update. Everything is original to the unit or close to it. Very worn living room furniture, as are the kitchen countertops, cupboards, dishwasher, etc. Both bathrooms need a complete overhaul, as well. If you can get past all of that, the view and roar of the ocean are amazing!

This property was good for location and views. The amenities were terrible. The furniture was outdated, the couch fabric is peeling, the master bed mattress frame had alot of stuffing that was coming out all over floor, the kitchen wall and one bedroom wall was filthy, ceiling fans were disgusting. The kitchen amenities were a joke. the coffee cups were disgusting looking as the ceramic glaze was off and cups looked black and dirty. measuring cup so old it had no measurement lines, dead roach in cabinet. Dryer vent not hooked up so hot air flows back into kitchen and front living area. There was 2 different types of beach chairs and they were so old and rusted out. WORST RENTAL IN ALL OUR TRAVELS and we have traveled. We saved long and hard and chose to spend our money on this vacation and we were so disappointed. The management company did nothing for us. We took photos and contacted them and had to deal with problems while on our vacation. If this condo is privately owned and then used by property management to rent out they should drop the account. If the property management owns this, they should spend a few thousand to fix to accommodate their guests

Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous views from both sides. We loved hearing the ocean waves. We saw whales! Very comfortable condo. Would definitely stay here again.
