This property was one of our favorites. We will definitely return. The views from our lanai were the best. We enjoyed watching turtles, whales, dolphins and the sunsets. The property was clean and well equipped. Looking forward to our next visit.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. The view is incredible! That was definitely our favorite part of the property. However, what we didn't realize was with the amazing view and proximity to the water how loud the waves could be at night when we were trying to sleep (we are somewhat light sleepers though).
The swimming pool area was great for watching the turtles in the cove below and the sunsets in the evening. We were a little bummed that there wasn't any beach equipment to use and the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as we expected.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to Poipu Beach; where we watched the turtles come onto shore to sleep at night.

The bed was comfortable and the waves crashing against the rocks was like a lullaby for sleeping. There is no AC but worth the fans and the winds the home stayed cool.

Absolutely beautiful location. Short walk to the beach but wonderful pool.
No air conditioning which made it uncomfortable the first couple of days with the higher humidity. No AC was not advertised and we assumed it would have one.
VRBO service fee is excessive…should be 5%-10%…they charged 17%.

Outstanding location. We spent hours on the balcony and in the pool, watching whales in the near and far distance, turtles in the ocean immediately below us. A 15 minute walk to the conference center at the Grand Hyatt. Will absolutely be back!

The view and location of this room is breathtaking. When I booked this room for my son and daughter-in-law's honeymoon I knew they would love the view. The only downside was that I never noticed, if it was disclosed, there was no air conditioning. But in the evening they said it was nice and breezy. They loved it!

Two Words: CRASHING WAVES.
I stayed with friends and we didn't want to leave. When we walked in, we all gasped - the view from the balcony is utterly breathtaking! Wow!!!! The unit is directly on the water and you hear the waves crashing against the rocks every single minute of the day and night. The only down side is that there is no A/C so we were pretty sticky most of the time. But if you can handle your air being only the ocean breezes plus fans, this is the place for you! Lovely, lovely stay. Would LOVE to come back some day.

Had a great stay in this two bedroom condo. There were only two of us but there was an additional bedroom with two twin beds, so a perfect set up for a family of 4. The condo was clean, and well appointed. The location is fantastic - very central. You can walk to the beach if you choose, and it's a short drive to golf, shopping, hiking trailheads, etc. But the best feature, by far, is the ocean front view. The unit sits right on the water, with Poipu waves crashing on the rocky coast not 50 feet from your balcony (or bedroom window). Did you know that "poipu" means "crashing waves"? Very appropriate. As my wife said: "It's like watching fireworks - you can't stop watching." And that's not to mention the pool, also right out your window, that hangs over the ocean. Or the dozens of sea turtles feeding on the rocks, easily visible either from your balcony or the pool deck. The only suggestion we had for improvement is to stock the kitchen with a few essentials. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc., but no salt, no pepper, no coffee filters. Hard to believe but there is a coffee filter shortage in Poipu - we went to four stores before finding coffee filters that could be used in the coffee maker. Again, a small detail, but a small way to improve the guest experience.

Clearly the jewel of this condo is the ocean view - and the constant sound of the surf. WOW! We spent a lot of time on lanai. I want to thank Kahealani, the manager, for her communications and arrangements. She was very helpful. The condo is as described, but one should recognize that the east wall is a large mirror which makes the condo seem larger than it is. Regardless, the space fit our group. The pool was a wonderful perk. We loved watching the turtles in the surf by the pool. There is a path along the ocean that is a shortcut to Poipu Beach. You need the pool key to access. We have already talked about returning to this condo.
