CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Kaanapali Shores Resort is under spalling construction until around June 2024. We would like to advise you that there could be construction noise during your stay. We are not sure how much disruption will occur. You may experience construction noise, one day it can be loud and on other days it can be quiet.
Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA-rated 10-acre oceanfront resort located on the famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the resort along with the smell of fresh flowers from the beautiful tropical grounds. Arrival PRE-CHECKS: To ensure that our homes meet our standards, just prior to each check-in, our Auditors do a final inspection and a comprehensive video recording to verify the property condition will meet our guest 5 star expectations. If by chance the cleaners missed a small detail, please contact our 24x7 support line so we have an opportunity to resolve.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.
BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although we make our best efforts to minimize interactions with these pests, any contact with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
*We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

The condo was clean, and supplied laundry, dishwasher detergent and towels. . Beach chairs aand few toys and board were left which was nice. Small cooler would be nice for outings.
Was able to swim with turtle right off beach. Beautiful pol and sunsets.

The elevators are super quick and we hardly ever had to wait. There was plenty of bath towels and washing machine tablets and dryer sheets. Nice supply of dishwasher tabs and dish soap for our 11 days.

The condo is newly updated and has everything required including a few beach chairs. Good views of the ocean from all rooms. The only thing that could have helped our specific situation was an earlier check-in and a later checkout. The current check-in time is 4pm and the checkout is 10am.
