The location is perfect. The pizza place on site is phenomenal. The company made for easy check-in.
Was there with family (kids aged 10&12) and the area was family friendly and quiet.
Concerns: there is an a/c unit in each bedroom, however please note they do not provide enough heat relief for the main part of the condo and it was quite stuffy. The fans provided were on full blast the whole time and the resulting noise was annoying.
Roaches. Every night there were multiple roaches that appeared, definitely a bummer. It’s an older unit and the louvre windows could be replaced to prevent roaches (and geckos) from being frequent visitors.
We would stay in this complex again, but would hope to find one with full a/c and less roaches.
Again, the location is absolutely perfect… in our case, it made up for the cons.

We love Pali Ke Kua and would gladly stay again. The bedrooms and living spaces were clean and comfortable, kitchen well supplied, and the pool and onsite restaurant were super convenient. Please note AC is only in the bedrooms using portable units, the rest of the property can get quite toasty!

My family and I greatly enjoyed the condo. It was well equipped for all our needs. Living room opened out to beautiful gardens. Location was quiet and convenient, close to beach and shopping. Very easy instructions, and responsive management company. I would definitely return and would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Princeville! The rental was well equipped with all comforts of home. Loved the first floor unit. With little ones, it’s nice that you can just open the door and let them run! Close proximity to the pool and private path to Hideaway beach, which was actually our favorite beach. Closest was stocked with plenty of beach gear. The A/C units in the bedrooms were awesome and it’s just nice to sleep more comfortably if it’s a hot evening. The a/c was not needed in the rest of the space as large sliding doors allowed the beautiful breeze. Overall, I would recommend!

We just finished a 10 night stay with our family of 6. This condo was a perfect fit for us! Everything was as expected. The air conditioners in the bedroom kept the bedrooms cool. They had plenty of beach chairs and outdoor toys. Sheets on the bed were soft and comfortable. The location is perfect...we enjoyed walking to the cliffs and watching for whales and enjoying the ocean. We would stay here again!

We only stayed one night in Princeville as one family member woke up with a bunch of bed bugs on her and many were found on the bedding in the morning. We were quickly accommodated with an alternate accommodation that morning. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a lovely home. We made sure to wash all belongings before entering the new location and no further bed bugs or bites were seen.

Comfortable and clean in a great, quiet, beautiful location. The condo was well stocked and we enjoyed many of the amenities - including the pool, hot tub, secluded beach with picnic dining area. Was hot and humid a few nights (hey, it's Kauai), but we felt like we were well positioned to get to many beautiful sights and beaches from this location. Our three daughters enjoyed the three beds in the upstairs bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This property was excellent. Very clean, All descriptions were accurate. We were there in July and it was very very hot. They had some AC units that eventually made it somewhat comfortable. Also the walk to the beach was a little longer than we had anticipated.

Love staying in Princeville. Condo was great. Had everything we needed. Located along shore so we had morning walks to see Queens Bath. No AC buy plenty of fans. Overall it was great!

I'm very conflicted about this review. The location is great, the apartment is spacious and nice. The apartment seemed clean...there were quite a few spiders, which I understand since it's Hawaii. The problem was the cockroaches. We killed 5 cockroaches, which just doesn't seem to be a thing that I can excuse just because we're in the jungle. I think this is something that needs to be addressed.
