We loved this location, the pool, and the many lanais to enjoy coffee in the mornings and dinner outside at night. It is as good as it gets in Poipu if you want your own kitchen and more space than what comes with a resort experience. Really responsive management company too. Fun to have our own elevator enterance into the unit too.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was amazing, and the location was perfect. Easy access to beaches and shopping, lots to do. We will definitely be returning, thank you for a fabulous vacation!

We had a wonderful stay and this unit is even more beautiful than the pictures. This unit takes up the entire top floor of the building, with the (access controlled) elevator opening right inside the beautiful foyer. Bedrooms were on separate swings giving privacy for our large multi-gen family. The incredibly well appointed in-suite bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms were stunning. The whole home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Our two kids loved the twin+trundle room off the living room. The pool was very warm and beautiful. We were delightfully surprised by the short walk to the beach. Great pool and beach gear. The wagon was a huge help for having picnic dinners at the pool and taking stuff to the beach! The lanai’s off each side of the house were lovely and everyone loved the southwest lanai’s incredible mountain-to-sea panoramic view. Management company was very helpful and welcoming and there were lots of laundry and dishwashing supplies to keep us going our whole trip. Very well stocked kitchen and spice cabinet were very helpful! We loved having this as our spectacular headquarters for our trip!

This penthouse condo was perfect for us and our three children. Plenty of space for everyone, and very conveniently located. We walked to several beaches and to restaurants. The pool was lovely as well. We enjoyed the incredible views from the ocean-facing lanai every single day of our stay. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend to anyone needing the extra space. All bedrooms and living area were fantastic, balconies wonderful. We miss the coffee couch so bad!! Fully stocked with everything you might need. Location top notch easy walks to beach and shops.

Had a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of space and condo was well equipped. Had a few minor glitches but the property management team quickly resolved them. Elevator was a plus. Close to beaches,shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this apartment with 2 families of four. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly- sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was great to have the option; we did use the pool side BBQs - another great plus. We enjoyed the short walk to the local beach and appreciated it not feeling too touristy.
Thanks for a lovely stay, we’d recommend this accommodation to other families.

We came here as a 3-generation family to celebrate our sons’ graduation and were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and layout of the penthouse. My 80 yr old father-in-law very much appreciated the elevator, as he has a bad hip. Our teenagers loved having a separate lanai on which to eat dinner, which also gave the adults some peace and quiet. At sunset, everyone fought over who got to sit on the elevated padded bench on the ocean-facing lanai. The kitchen came well-stocked, and whenever we needed more toilet paper, Bryan was only a text away.
We walked down to Poipu Beach (a 5-10 minute stroll) almost every morning at sunrise to watch the basking sea turtles, took long morning walks along the Heritage Trail to the caves, and the boys took the boogie boards down to Brenneke’s Beach to get slammed by some waves. We enjoyed snorkeling at Poipu Beach (but had to watch out for strong riptides). My older teen and his friend rented electric bikes through Facebook Marketplace from a local teacher, and had a blast riding all over Poipu.
We would also recommend taking a Zodiac tour through Blue Ocean Adventures.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great place 3 of the 4 balconies had an ocean view. Clean impressive rooms. Suggestions? The shortage of paper towels and TP was taken take of once we called. More TVs in the rooms I know we are suppose to be outside and we were, but all hockey fans with different team favorites. But what a great place we would do it again thanks again.

This property is beautiful with a luxurious feel. The balconies were amazing- one in each direction- to view the sunset/beach, one to dine at and others to have a moment of peaceful reflection. The location and the grounds are wonderful as well.

The condo is well-kept and easy to access. The kitchen is well-accoutered, and the beds and linens are high quality. There are enough bathrooms and showers for everyone. Our party of six was quite comfortable as there is plenty of space to spread out and a central area around the kitchen to gather. The best thing about it, though, is what we called the Big Chair. There is a cushioned perch on the lanai facing the ocean that is simply perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. Whoever put that thing in was a genius.
It is on the third floor so it is above any noise from people on the paths below or the nearby pool (and there was hardly any noise at all anyway). The elevator makes it accessible for anyone. The entire community is rather quiet, calm, and walkable. Parking is very close and convenient.
The adjacent pool and hot tub are comfortable. There are two immaculate Weber gas grills for cooking.
Two fine beaches are within easy walking distance on a maintained path next to tennis courts and the secondary pool. This means the property is close enough to local attractions for teens to go and explore and have fun, and then come back and have enough room to be on their own (and maybe go back out again).
This place is simply wonderful. We had nothing but good interactions with the property mangers. We would return without question should we have the chance.
