Enjoy the close proximity and easy access to the beautiful walkways of Princeville that offers this incredibly well-equipped, two-story condo! This condo is perfect for families and the floor plan is simply ideal–two bedrooms are separated from the main living space, which allows some people to stay up late while others go to bed. The first floor of this tropical retreat features a private bedroom with access to a balcony, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a family room with two beds, a washer/dryer, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable.

Upstairs, the main living space offers an eloquently decorated open floor plan where comfort is all that matters. The living room is light-filled and boasts comfortable furniture (large sectional sofa and armchair) near a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. You're all set for movie nights with the family! Be the star of the group by making delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which is complete with all the modern appliances to make cooking a breeze, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast bar adds two extra seats to the gorgeous, wooden four-person dining table. This is a beautiful home that will have everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. My only complaint was that my family and I especially booked this place due to advertised bicycles on booking in particular the kids bike and had to explain to our toddler he couldn’t use them because they weren’t available when we were there. If you have ever tried to tell a 4-year old he won’t get to do what you hyped up the whole plane ride, well let’s just say: I don’t recommend it.

Residence was well-designed for two couples, with separate bedrooms and attached bathrooms located on different floors of the two story-condo. Kitchen was small but relatively well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, and a coffee-maker as well as some supplies. The fridge (including automatic ice maker) was great, but we did not use the stove or the grills that are located in the nearby pool area. We only used the pool a couple of times as it is not heated for the cooler weather in February and we were out and about around Kaua'i quite a bit. Ample supple of towels and stuff for the beach. Used the washer and dryer without any issues, although they were a bit noisier than ours back on the mainland. Rarely used the TV, but Internet access was very fast and reliable. This condo is really ideal for two couples on vacation as well as a smaller family as it can sleep 3-4 children.

We rented this townhome in Nihilani and it was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed the space and the comfort of the home. It was just as described. It was great to have beach chairs and towels provided as well as boogie boards and snorkling gear. I would recommend the home to anyone interested in staying in Princeville.

Welcoming bag of coffee and chocolate…pool is lovely although smaller than appeared. Neighborhood was quiet and very close to Hanalei. Easy to contact company when needed to. We loved the easy location and comfortable beds! Thank you for the use of your beach towels and chairs, we spent hours at the beach and even had a cooler for all the fruit we bought at the farmer's market.

Convenient and spacious place to stay. There was even a pack and play for our toddler and a huge closet for him to sleep in. Garage was big enough for both our cars, a pathfinder SUV and an Impala. Loved the boogie boards, chairs, cooler, and sand toys provided. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is lovely and very well stocked with kitchen stuff, beach gear and nice linens. It is quiet and in the mornings you can hear the surf. It is a great space for a family. Our only complaint is there are lots of rules to abide by in the neighborhood (no large SUV, which we had to trade out because there seemed to be no leniency in where we could park)and we had a neighbor ask us to turn off the a/c (because it was too loud) within 30 min. of arrival. Vacasa was prompt in communicating with us regarding all these issues once we were in the property.

We stayed in Nihalini 25B for nearly two weeks and just loved it. It was very clean and quiet, and had comfortable beds. Nice furnishings as well. It worked well for us - 2 couples and a baby (thanks for having a crib!).The kitchen had all that we needed to cook things; we used the BBQ grill at the pool quite a bit. Enjoyed the community hot tub and pool. It was not too crowded. Easy drive to Hanalei, Kilauea, and a number of lovely beaches. Just fantastic!
