Sitting on the northern end of Hawaii, the stunning beaches, tropical hikes, and amazing local cuisine will be calling your name as soon as you arrive. Inside, you will find all of the comforts needed for a memorable stay including tasteful decor, natural light throughout, an accommodating living area complete with plush sofas and a flatscreen TV, and a full kitchen. The chef of the group will be in paradise with all of the stainless steel appliances inside, yet they can also step out to the private patio and grill up some kabobs at the outdoor kitchen boasting a gas grill and sink. Plus, you won' have to go far to fill each day with fun, as there is a shared pool, hot tub, fitness facility, and private beach access on-site! Don't forget to watch the colors of the sunset from the upper balcony as well before hitting the hay each night.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was PERFECT - right next to an easy access to the pool! Home was clean and communication with management was AMAZING. the only downside was parking. We only got 1 parking pass and then alternatively needed to park in the garge which barely fit the mini van. (Like we coudl hardly get it in to close garge door). When we had a guest come there was no where for them to park, even though there were plenty of open spaces. Parking in one they immediately got 2 notices on the car which was pretty frustating and obnoxious. If you have more than one vehicle or you plan to have guests this place was pretty inconveniant. (We have stayed in multiple other places in the area over the years and there is always guest parking options). Also frustrating was the quiet time hours which started at 9pm each evening. We are a quiet group of adults but were so nervous about getting a fine that we sat inside instead of on the patio each evening. Last - we were pretty annoyed wiht the 2 page long list of all the things we would be fined for if we didn't comply. Again, we rent several times a year on the Big Island and we are good renters so to feel freaked out all week that we would get fines for things was frustrating. We will not stay in this neighborhood again for this reason. But the condo was nice and location was great!

We had a fantastic stay at Palm Villas. This unit was well appointed, quiet and nicely located near the pool & hot tub. Our kids ages 12 and 8 enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping center, beach club via the lava park trail, and explored the area safely. We would definitely return.
