Wake up each morning in your two-bedroom Nihilani condo and step out onto your balcony for a cup of coffee in the sunshine. When you’re ready, head inside to your beautifully decorated condo, with a mid-century-meets-island vibe. The well-equipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the gadgets you need to to whip up some breakfast. Once everyone’s assembled, dine together at the table for four or grab one of the barstools to keep it casual.

After breakfast, head out to explore the grounds – the luscious tropical pool and hot tub await, as well as a shared BBQ area if you’re looking to stay local for lunch. The wide, sweeping sands of Hanalei Beach are only around four miles away if you’re eager to explore the sandy shore.

When you return, toss your beach gear in the washing machine and take your pick of two comfortable living areas, one on each floor. Upstairs is a comfy sectional that can accommodate the group, and downstairs you’ll find a full sofa and a recliner, perfect for kicking back to stream your favorite shows. Before bed, step back out onto the balcony and enjoy the tropical breeze – and knowing you booked the perfect Kauai escape.

We loved staying at Nihilani 29B! While there is no ocean view, we were at the beach most every day and did not miss staying directly on the ocean. The condo is indeed even nicer in person and the layout was perfect for our family!! There are a few issues, however, that need to be addressed: The primary bathroom shower does indeed have a mold issue and I even purchased mold and mildew remover and a sponge and tried to clean it myself, but it did not do much. They need to remove the grout along the shower door and clean out the mold there and on the tile grout (which is not bad on the tile) and get this shower up to par with the rest of the condo as it is indeed a beautiful place! The other issue is that the vents for the air intake for the AC and the exhaust fans in all the bathrooms need to be cleaned as well. We also had a family member who has an autoimmune disorder, and we asked for a deep clean before we arrived. I do think they tried, but I will say the baseboards throughout the condo looked like they had not been dusted in a very long time, same with the picture frames. I am picky, so some may not be as concerned about the dust, but the mold issue and the exhaust fans and air intake for the AC do need to be addressed. However, would we stay here again, YES! In a heartbeat! We loved this place, and loved the pool area as well, which was VERY CLEAN! And we loved having a garage entrance right into the condo which was a huge convenience when unloading luggage and groceries when we arrived, and on the few days it rained when we returned to the condo. It was very peaceful and quiet and spacious and again, more beautiful in person and we all agreed we would definitely book this unit again!

This was a great place to call home while in Kauai. The place was super clean upon arrival, and has everything you need. We are very picky sleepers and we rarely sleep well while traveling, but the beds & pillows were very comfortable. We were 2 families and the separation between bedrooms was great for privacy when needed. The community pool and hot tub were great too. We loved it and we’d stay here again!

Great property in a great location. My family seriously enjoyed our stay for two weeks in this property. The manager was very responsive for some maintenance issues that we noted early in our stay. Our only negative review of this property is the master shower, which leaves much to be desired. The master bathroom in general was great. The master shower was just not up to the standards of the rest of the unit or the property in general. Again, we seriously enjoyed our stay though.

After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub which is a short walk from the condo. The condo is spacious and has many seating options. Condo has a beach cooler, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, laundry detergent and a hose to rinse your feet. Highly recommend.

What a gorgeous condo! This place was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Stocked with all necessities and even had beach chairs, boogie boards, and ice chest in the garage for us. So easy to check in and out. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Location is amazing, we took walks around the golf course and could easily access best beaches and activities on north shore. We will definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Several things......... The grounds were spectacular. The pool and spa area is fantastic. Very clean. Lots of plants and well groomed. Easy to use BBQ sets. The entire project is manicured and the color of every dwelling is colored coordinated. The condo was extremely quiet and most relaxing. VERY CLEAN! Appliances are new and easy to use. All the chairs and couches are very comfortable. The beds are great! The design of the condo allows for separation of children and adults. The inside W/D is convenient. The local birds are very pleasant to listen to in the morning. The condo is so comfortable and relaxing you sometimes end up staying inside more than anticipated. Unit 29B is a great place to vacation and RELAX.
