You'll enjoy this renovated 500-sqft studio at the world-famous Ilikai. With its full kitchen, free Wi-Fi and parking, and spacious open-air lanai, this is the perfect home base for exploring all that Waikiki and Honolulu have to offer on your dream Hawaiian vacation! 4-person max.

There are many great shops and dining establishments right on property, and it's an easy walk, trolley or taxi ride to Waikiki's many other shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues! Beautiful Duke Kahanamoku Beach Park & Lagoon are located just a quick 4-minute walk down the exclusive beach access walkway, and Ala Moana Center and Beach Park are a 10–15-minute walk away!

NOTE: This rental is legally classified as a 1-Bedroom condo due to its size and kitchen. However, it has been renovated into a spacious open-concept Studio with NO wall/door separating the bedroom from the living room.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Clean, comfortable, and the elevators are plentiful and fast. The restaurant at the top of Ilikai had a fantastic lunch for $12.99 with a fantastic view. Boogie board in the closet and chairs were a plus. Washing machines on the same floor was convenient, and the bathers elevator and utility elevators took us all the way down to the parking garage. Learn to surf is super close. All good!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpets were wet due to their "annual carpet cleaning". The couch was also wet and stunk up the room because of its dampness. My parents who slept on the couch had a negative experience. The shower curtain was dirty as was the cutlery. The location itself was nice, the building and its amenities were great, but I doubt we would stay at this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property was very comfortable, had great facilities awesome location and clean, it is headlined as 'newly renovated' which is a little of an overstretch. Wardrobe doors were old and one was off its track. There was also a cupboard door that had come away from its hinges. It could do with some more modern upgrades and it would be perfect.

The rug in the room that I stayed in was not very clean and it smelled, the couch and pillows were very dirty as well. Management was very professional. Overall I enjoyed my stay but because the the room I stayed in was rugged I’d give it a 3 and a half out of 5 stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you're traveling & wanting to be central to the beach, shopping, and food - this is a great studio. Our family of 4 loved our stay. The closet had an awesome stash of beach supplies. The bed was comfy, our kids liked the pullout sofa. I enjoyed morning coffee on the deck & watched the morning commuters go by. An added bonus was being able to rent a car using the HUI app (two options were located WITHIN the building). Unfortunately, the laundry room was being updated so we couldn't make use of that perk. The hotel was quiet, the ice cream shop downstairs was yummy, & being right next door to the Hilton gave us access to the Hilton lagoon & super easy access to walk to the Ala Moana beach. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Uber pick ups were simple. Our flight landed after 8pm, but the property manager had no issues with getting us our keycode to enter the building / room. I would definitely recommend this to someone traveling to the area - especially because not having to pack or buy beach toys, chairs, snorkle supplies was AWESOME.

Room was very nice with a couple of disappointments that are easily fixed: the faucet assembly is loose and needs tightening. The electrical outlet in the kitchen wall to the right as you enter is loose and must be repaired to make it safely usable. The wall to the right of the shower door has paint bubbling loose and needs repair and repaint. The closet doors came off the track several times due to interference with the carpet. The carpet at the entrance to the living area is worn and dirty.

We were looking for an affordable, clean place close to Waikiki beach and stumbled across this condo in a great building/community. It was a fairly short walk (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile) to Waikiki beach and had plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Easy drive to other parts of the island and within walking distance to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Laundry facility down the hall was a plus. Parking in the basement was also a plus. King bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked. AC worked well. Some updates, but could use new carpet, curtains, and couch mattress. City view from balcony, but can be noisy. Didn’t bother our sleep though. Check-in was easy with a few hiccups that were quickly resolved.

The mirrors in the living room had handprints and dust on them, the bathroom shower was also dirty in the corners of the shower and the appliances (toaster) could have been cleaned up a bit. I only give this critique to make you aware. We were overall pleased with our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very surprised on the size of the condo. Next time I will pay more attention to the square footage in the details when I book the next one. We were all shocked as to how small the room was for 3 Older adults. Photos on the website are very deceiving, makes the room appear 3 times the size it actually is. After a few days, we adjusted. The condo owner did not show up at our unit to greet us we waited 2.5 hours and no show. You say to call the management and owner upon arrival in Hawaii to give him time to meet with us but that didn’t happen. We finally put our pjs on and went to bed. We could not call him because the unit phone did not work. We finally reached him 3 days later and phone got fixed. The carpet is very old something from the sixties, gold shaggy rug and it has had its years and why have carpet in a hot place when it’s heat most of the time. Tile would be highly advised. The location was like living in downtown Toronto, even worse. Tons of LOUD traffic and very very noisy. Had to close our patio doors by 10 at night. Constant ambulances, fire trucks and cops passing in front of the condo. Couldn’t even enjoy a cup of coffee in peace in the mornings. Sorry but the location was not for us. Oh pillows were very flat, time for a change. Other than that, we did enjoy Waikiki lots of beautiful flowers and trees. Weather was awesome.
