Newly updated, this air-conditioned condo overlooks Waikiki Banyan's great recreation deck which includes large heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, BBQ area, and children’s play area. Great for those who like a lot of activity – but it can be noisy. AC, FREE parking and FREE Wi-Fi, and just a city block to world famous Waikiki Beach!

My husband, a friend, and I stayed at the property for a few nights during the HURT100 race and it was perfect for the 3 of us. 2 beds, a pullout couch, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The laundry and trash shoot were just down the hall. Plenty of parking in the garage (just a little tight) and nicely located with walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. We used the pool and sauna too. There is a whole grilling area with tables but we didn't have a chance to use those. Management was very responsive with any questions. No frills but overall it was the perfect spot for our stay and had everything we could've needed. We'd happily stay again in the future!

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully functional. The shower could use an update, the air conditioner on the balcony had a small leak, and the beach toys provided with the rental could also be replaced.

That being said, the cost of the location was very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean linens.

The unit is within 1 block of a pick-up point for many tours so it was very convenient, in addition to being only 1.5 block from the beach. We especially appreciate the laundry detergent pods.

The unit was as advertised and met the needs of our family of 4 well for the price. Having a full size kitchen and BBQ grills available made it easy to make our own home cooked meals. The location was wonderful - walking distance to the beach and local amenities. We appreciated a short 7 minute drive to Safeway for more reasonably priced groceries. The host was easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Free parking was a bonus!

Property light and airy, beds very comfortable. A bit light on for coffee mugs, wine glasses and some crockery. Would prefer a shower screen rather than a shower curtain. Convenient location. Foyer area and hallways need brightening up but apartment itself in good condition.

Reasons are , bathtub can be updated as its getting old , and a freshen up of silicon around the tub and water control fixture. When we arrived , we noticed fridge and some plates and glasses were dirty. Beds and living room were very comfy so very happy with this. There should be 1 time for fresh towels and toiletries if you stay more than a week as we did.Byron the property manager was excellent in responding when we reached out to him. 5 star for him. Pool / BBQ area in good shape but disappointed that BBQ's are electric. Overall a good experience .Good location close to Waikiki beach and main strip.

This condo is in a great location and close to Waikiki beaches, hotels, International Market Place and other shopping. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and feeling the cool Tradewinds. Unfortunately the view is of other buildings and the swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and check in was easy.

This condo is in a great location and close to Waikiki beaches, hotels, International Market Place and other shopping. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai and feeling the cool Tradewinds. The tile floors are intact and clean, the furniture new-feeling, and the kitchen clean and modern. There are 3 beds, which is the main reason we chose this unit. The main two beds in the bedroom were VERY comfortable and clean feeling. The sofa bed was a little squeaky but it worked for our child. It was easy to open and close the sofa bed. There are sliding doors that close off the bedroom which is nice for parents who want to nap while the kids watch TV. At night, the doors stayed slightly open so that we could feel the air conditioning in the bedroom. We really liked having a keypad lock instead of a front door key. It was nice not to carry a physical key to the pool or beach. There is a balcony whose view is the recreation area (although 3 stories up from it). It's not a stunning view but the kids liked seeing people in the pool and BBQing. The noise level was fine. The curtains are blackout. The only "cons" are minor: the fixtures in the shower could use an update; the sitting chair in the living room could be a little more comfortable; the kitchen supplies could be a little updated; and, the beach supplies weren't great. Overall, this building was great for our family. The lobby is nice, the elevators are fast enough, the pool and rec area are a touch dated but great to have, and the location is SUPERB as it's very close to our favorite end of the beach where we can easily surf and play in the water. Parking is free and easy enough. We also liked being on the 9th floor as it's easier to get in and out of the building (and to the recreation deck). We would definitely stay here again.

Just two blocks from the beach, restaurants and shopping. The room was nice and clean, but the sofa bed was falling apart and the room had no fans so it got really stuffy at times.

The location is great to enjoy Waikiki but also easy to head up Kapahulu to the freeway either direction. The cherry on top is the parking, which is included. Can't beat it!

The unit itself was great but a little small for 5 people. The pull out couch mattress was horrible, and gave the people sleeping on it back aches. Shower needs a new reno but it did the job. The elevators took sometimes 10-20 mins as there was always one or two not working. Great place for children to play in court yard.
