This place is very nice. There was nice view and living room is good size for get together whole family of 10 people.
The carpet of MRB some how wet, must be leaking water from bathroom except that we are very happy about this property and would like to stay again!

Family gathering was made even better with this excellently located condo. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Spectacular views. Right across from Ala Moana shopping center which has restaurants, shops and grocery. Steps away from the beach. Highly recommended

Our party had a couple of days back on Oahu after our stay in Kauai, and I am SO happy we picked this property! This property is easy to locate, easy to check into, has 4 beds, 4.5 baths, 2.5 kitchens, 3 living rooms, stunning views, it’s literally amazing!! You can use the pool hotel, easily walk over to the Ala Moana hotel on the 2nd floor… plus it was clean and comfy! It was just what we needed to round out our two week Hawaii adventure! Would absolutely stay here again!

The view was unbeatable. You could see all of Ala Moana beach, the city skyline, and the mountains. The place was very spacious. I loved how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and lanais there were.

The property was incredibly clean and spacious, and it could easily accommodate 10-12 people. We had a family of 8 staying in the unit. The views of the harbor and beach from the 34th floor were amazing. The only down side to being so high up is the elevator waits. We loved the location, as we walked over to Waikiki beach several times for dinner and we also utilized the Moana beach below our hotel. The mall is just next door, so we utilized it as well. There were many emergency vehicle sirens going off at all times of the day and night, which took some of the beach vibe away. However, that is just part of being in a large city, like Honolulu. We would highly recommend this property.

This unit had 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a small office. This was one of my best hotel stays. It is very pricey but worth it if you can afford it.

It was very large and accommodated my group nicely, many amazing balconies with great views. We had some issues the first night with Loud Fire Alarms that would not go off for hours and no one would help us, which that was quite stressful! There was an Extreme disconnect between the Hotel and Property management company. Hotel Security finally helped us after 3-4 hours of multiple other hotel guests on the same floor also complained, the next day it was fixed. Hopefully the Hotel Management and the Property Management Company will have better Emergency Communication in the future so no other guests have to deal with what we experienced the first night. From then on out we had an amazing stay. We added an extra cleaning service halfway through our stay. The Housekeeper was very nice and thorough and well worth the extra fee. If we come back to Honolulu, I would consider staying again.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the views. Just a note: We were not able to use the oven. Response for repair was reasonable. Unfortunately a part was required and so was not repaired while we were there. Just a suggestion the operation of appliances, etc be checked prior to rental.

Our family of 12 totally loved our stay here! The place was so spacious with spectacular views. Our adult kids n younger ones loved being next door to Ala Moana Shopping Center with all it’s stores and places to eat and having Ala Moana Beach and Magic Island just a few minutes walk away as well.The suite was well-stocked - shampoo, shoyu, dishes, pots n pans, etc. The appliances were all top grade - Sub-Zero, Viking, etc. There was even a galley kitchen which we used for extra storage. Luana Realty was excellent with communications. They even replaced the toaster oven (that had been broken by a prior renter) the same day I reported it. And getting rid of trash was also very convenient - you just had to leave it outside your door and call housekeeping. The one complaint was of the Ala Moana Hotel itself. The clerk at the front desk treated our daughter-in-law very rudely and told her she had to wait to check-in because she had not booked through them. Luana Realty had already cleared our early arrival with them. I was not happy with her treatment and will contact the Hotel directly, but the Realty Company should also contact them.Overall a great stay for us!! It’s definitely pricey but also definitely worth it. Wonderful family vacation!!

The unit is even more spacious than we had thought. My family has so much fun and wish we could have stayed longer along the busy streets of downtown. The location is perfect, parking can be packed and overwhelming but the actual unit itself has a breathtaking view. Very clean and comfortable beds. Each room we were in awe.

This was an excellent place for our large family group. Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was great with a huge refrigerator and huge freezer. The location, right next to Ala Moana Shopping Center was really helpful.

They were doing some reconstruction, so we got to enjoy 2 balconies on our last day. Otherwise, awesome place to stay with a big family.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the owners suite at the Ala Moana Hotel. It is difficult to find a place with 4 bedrooms in this location. Unfortunately there were renovations going on and could not use the pool or the many lanais. For us the proximity to the mall with multiple dining options and location directly across the street from the Ala Moana Beach we’re key features. The furniture was adequate. The master shower/bath amazing. Lighting was a little off - especially the darkness of the kitchen and what we came to refer to the “dark room” - the 1/2 bath. With its near black walls and very poor lighting it could be a dark room. The appliances were great. Laundry is an essential for us and these appliances were top notch.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Vrbo was well stocked with all the essentials. Balconies had amazing views and great location -just a short walk to restaurants, the mall and beach.

Awesome place. Muti-generational Family of 8 stayed at and it was almost too big.
It is next to the Best mall / shopping area in the state. Across street from great beach. If you are looking for giant pool and Mai tai service pool side, this is not that place. If you are looking for an amazing base to go an adventures or cook a big family meal at with the best views in town. You can’t beat this unit.
FYI the Target at Ala Moana is 200 yards away so you can buy all your groceries there.
I am definitely staying here next time I come to Honolulu. And I go to honolulu 3-4 times a year.

We were a party of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids), and this was a great place for the group, overall. Spacious - as all get-out, with amazing views from every window. The only thing was that it seemed the unit hadn't been serviced for a while...there are things that need to be fixed before renting again. The kitchen was poorly equipped (only 3 forks and 3 bowls, and no dish towels). The freezer door was nearly impossible to open, the trash can didn't work properly, and the numbers on the stove top dials were worn off so you couldn't tell what was high and what was low temperature. The master bathroom shower leaked to the floor below so we had maintenance calling two days in a row. We still had a lovely time, but for the price, none of these issues should have been present. The cleaning staff was good to notify management when we something of sentimental value behind, we were very grateful for that. The unit is in walking distance to the beach and all the shopping you could possibly need or want, which is a plus for those that want to shop. As I said, we loved the space, overall.

When my grandson saw the place, he said, “This is the best day ever!” Everyone loved how spacious the living room, family room & dining area was. We stayed here fir our daughter’s wedding. It was beautiful & perfect! The view of the ocean was gorgeous. My family didn’t want to leave. Being next to Ala Moana Center was great too! We didn’t have to drive to get food.
The only concern is parking is limited.

Awesome host, awesome location, not in a super touristy area, so not as congested, unbeatable views. Short walk to beach and very close to shops. Lots of food walking distance. We want to only stay here from now on! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Truly amazing stay with the best view. We traveled with 4 couples, and it was SO nice that every couple had their own bathroom (and there was an extra half bath, to boot). We'd start every day sliding open the doors to the Juliette balcony, and end every night soaking in that view.
It's literally right next to the Ala Moana Center, and allowed us to walk to Foodland and Target. Walking to Waikiki was also an easy 20ish minute walk.
It's a little inconvenient that we couldn't rely on hotel staff for things. For example, when we first checked in, there was a dying cockroach in the primary suite, which we had to get rid of ourselves because this unit was privately owned and not part of the hotel. But ultimately it was a small thing, and didn't affect the rest of our stay.

Nine members of our extended family stayed in this large suite. It is nicely managed and clean. It is literally right next door to a large shopping center. Waikiki is a stone’s throw away. I was surprised to find washer and dryer in the unit, and they came in very handy. The management is very responsive. We had a wonderful family time here.
