The hotel room was clean, accessible to the shopping mall, walking distance to the Convention Center and the hotel staff were accommodating.
The only downside was the view from the room as it was a parking view and not an ocean view, as shown in the picture.

It was a horrible experience. The door makes all sorts of noise every time you opened it. You can hear the elevators going up and down all day and night long.

The property was in an ideal location and close to many restaurants and beaches. The room was very clean and the hotel it was in was very nice. Access to the amenities was appreciated. The only downside to this stay was having to pay an arm and a leg for parking per day, especially since we stayed for so long. overall this was a great stay that made out time in Oahu amazing!

The only issue we had with this property was that the toilet's water tank wouldn't fill up properly and would spray water everywhere and make a huge mess. Also, there isn't really any room service because it's a separately managed unit, but it's a great bargain compared to other properties

Absolutely beautiful hotel I honestly preferred not having all of the amenities of a hotel it was more like it was my place for a week. Perfect location right next to Ala Moana Center. Only a 9 minute walk to the beach. The bed was super comfortable and for the belly sleepers they have two sizes of pillow.

This is my second time at this property using VRBO/Lei Hawaii Realty.. I read rules. I thought it unfortunate that the rule about wearing no shoes in the unit was not in the listing. Not a big deal but it should be listed. There was no dish soap in the unit so I purchased some. Everything else was okay.

They were super helpful and got a shower chair in the room that made it easier for my dad to take a shower . It’s was amazing to have a Starbucks downstairs too . Wish they had more elevators 😊

I checked in effortlessly at the front desk. I was greeted warmly and explanation was given on parking and how to access the parking as well as my room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a microwave as well as a small refrigerator in the room. Overall I liked the fact that I would not have a service employee coming in to clean my room and that I was in command of the room at all time. I could leave my computer out and feel it was safe. Thanks for the freedom. The proximity to shops and stores was great. Access to the bus trips - was just awesome. I would recommend it. Overall I had a terrific stay at Ala Moana Condominium.

We stayed on the 12th floor in a private condo within the hotel. It was next-door to a shopping mall for all necessities. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby, but the line was always really long. There is a café on the first floor for breakfast. The beach is within walking distance. The view of the beach from the balcony was minimal. The parking was very difficult, partially due to the expected construction happening there. The staff were all friendly and kind. Overall it was a good stay.

The property and hotel staff where great🤗 but Travelocity pulled a bait and switch they advertised the room as a full ocean view and gave a small partial view mostly a view of a mall parking lot and when I called for them to fix this situation and of course they tried to pass the buck very disappointed with Travelocity 😡

This was a lovely place to stay in for the first leg of our trip to Hawaii. We didn't have any real complaints about the room, but the hotel did begin some construction while we were there, putting half of the elevators out of commission, not ideal but manageable.
This was a great location and our hosts had provided small amenities like slippers and utensils that made the room feel homey.
