We have stayed at the Maui Sunset for over 20 years. I will say this unit far exceeded our expectations. The tile floors throughout were especially beneficial to keep the unit clean and cool. The bedding and furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had every kitchen aid needed. The property management team was very responsive to our needs and a pleasure to work with.

We stayed from Jul 04 to Jul 11. The condo had all supplies needed for a family. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We enjoyed the community where condo was located. Bathroom were small with teenage kids but we managed.

Great location in Maui - very central. Beautiful grounds and well-kept property and unit - sunset views from the beach were stunning! Everything we needed to start our vacation was available in the unit when we arrived and the bed/pull-out bed were very comfortable. Would definitely choose Maui Sunset to stay next time we're in Maui!

We really loved our stay in this spacious condo. The main living area is large and comfortable. When one of our party was injured on a hike, it was a great place to home base for a few days, the pool welcoming, the beach uncrowded. The property management team was quick to respond kindly when our plans changed due to the hiking injury.

Such a great property located at the heart of the south shore. Not as touristy as Lāhainā but still has everything you would need to have a wonderful trip. Love the ability to do laundry especially with all the beach fun we had. Pool and hot tub were great and the kitchen was also wonderful to have. Planning to stay here again!!!

This place was so great! Clean and well supplied. We had everything we needed for cooking, laundry, entertainment, beach supplies, all of it. Every night we were able to just walk down to the beach to catch the sunsets and collect corral. Highly recommend. Thank you for having us!

Everything was very clean, property was just as expected! Great pool access, nice and close to the beach. The grounds were beautiful. Great location for doing all the things in Kihei, while still being far enough north it's shorter drive to other parts of the island. We loved it!

Our recent short stay here was wonderful. Dealing with the property manager was smooth and easy during the entire process. We loved our condo. Great views and quiet. The pool was never crowded and the short walk to the beach was great. The unit is equipped with just about anything one could want. We loved the location on the North end of Kihei. Wish we could have had a longer stay, but I think we will strongly consider a return for a longer stay in the future.

The sunsets were magnificent and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The beach isn’t super friendly for young kids or swimming - lots of coral & muddy water - the fun to walk in and enjoy the sunset. The pool is a nice size and very close to the condo.

How nice to have fun and tropical furnishings, soft linens and little extras! Nice view of the ocean and pool from lanai. Pool is not as heated as most, but lap swimmers have priority at 8a. Convenient location.

We had a great 10 days in Maui. Condo was as described. You got it all! Great view of the ocean and mountains with beautiful sunsets. Management was also great and was able to accommodate us with late checkout.

We stayed in this condo for the first part of a week long trip. It’s central location was great as a jumping off point for activities such as Hana, west maui, etc. also very convenient to great restaurant options in Kihei. The condo was clean and exactly as shown in listing photos. It also included beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and water shoes which was a nice bonus for our many activities. The sunsets from the beach were amazing! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool or other amenities during our short stay, but they also looked great and well maintained. Overall a great stay!

The B311 unit is a terrific home base for a relaxing Maui getaway. It is in great shape, updated and well stocked with what you would need. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the overall space is comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay . On arrival we were disappointed that the unit did not appear to have been properly cleaned after the previous renter. All flat surfaces still had not been wiped off and the floor was not cleaned. There were broken towel racks and a closet door handle was almost off. The quality control supervision seemed to have been missing. Never the less we enjoyed our stay at Maui Sunset. Management company helpful. Great location, beautiful grounds and well equipped unit. We would recommend staying at MB. in this property.

This unit has been nicely renovated. The bedroom and bathrooms were small, but functional. The unit accommodated two adults and two teenage girls comfortably. The pool/lawn/barbecue areas were incredibly well maintained. The unit was a good location...not right in the heart of Kihei business district, but walkable or a short drive. Overall we had a lovely vacation.

True home away from home for relaxing and revitalizing. The condo has everything needed for your vacation stay. The balcony is additional living space and perfect for relaxing anytime of day. Watch the sunset or enjoy the well-maintained grounds from the balcony. Location on Maui is excellent for exploring every part of the island. Restaurants, stores, shopping is convenient without the traffic and congestion as South Kihei.

Perfect cozy home away from home for a couple/small family.
There were just the two of us and it was just perfect.
Location: Located in the heart of Kihei. Near plenty of shopping, restaurants, ABC down the block, and a small local farmer's market. Easy driving distance to all nearby cities/areas of Maui.
Parking: Free parking onsite.
Check in: Very easy. Recieved email notifications and check in/check out process. Went to the resort office to check in also very simple and easy. If you have a rental car, I would suggest taking a picture of the license plate and have that ready to provide to the resort office so they can write down a parking tag (saves you time from running in and out). Property management is very responsive.
Maui Sunset Resort: The resort is located on the beachfront. You have access to the beach just by walking a few minutes/meters. To access the pool, you will be given a key fob. The pool is not heated, but has a view of the sunset. The hot tub is right next to it. People are very respectful and follow Covid rules and distancing. There is shuffleboard located right next to the pool. You can get the shuffleboard stick/discs by going to the pool attendant. There are two tennis courts, but you will need to bring your own racket(s).
Condo: You can see the sunset from the balcony. Everything you need will be found at the place. Very cute and cozy as you walk into the place. Love the decor. AC is located in the living room and bedroom. Fully stock kitchen (should you choose cook). The freezer does make ice (great to pack your water containers with ice for your outdoor activities). There are a few board games, TV does have cable tv, and a few streaming services. The internet does go on and off often. It was hard for me to work a full two hours with the internet. The two bathrooms were very helpful. Love the place and would return in a heartbeat.
