Great place to stay in Poipu across from the beach. Owner very responsive to your questions. Condo is very clean and anything you might need is provided. Fabulous ocean views and breezes. Sleep with the windows open to enjoy the ocean air. Bring ear plugs if you think the chickens will bother your sleep.
Highly recommend this studio condo for singles or couples.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Bamboo Beach Studio. It exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and fully appointed, with plenty of room for two. From the welcoming coffee service to the bamboo shades, every detail was so welcoming and comfortable! I couldn't tell you whether the park, beach or mountain views were more stunning. Our host, Julie, was so helpful and always quick to respond. Despite the long "journey" from Connecticut, we hope to come back--and recommend this condo as the perfect place for two in the very lovely Poipu!

Cute property on the south shore- Lawai Beach is right across the street with baby beach a short walk down the street. We were able to walk to Kukuiula Market & Da Crack, as well as the shops at Kukui'ula. Be sure to check out riptides shave ice nearby.

This is a really nice place. The host has put a lot of thought into the decor and provided everything needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The garden and pool at the complex are beautiful. Great location. Everything is good there and I hope to stay there again.

We were so happy here. Julie and Darryl you have created a perfect studio apartment to stay in. It's the little things (local coffee provided for our first morning) to a superiorly clean apartment (the big thing). Location was grand and we explored new area's on the island. I can and will highly recommend The Seaview.

This was a perfect place to land each night after a day of adventuring around the south shore of Kauai. It was clean and quiet with a very comfy bed and gorgeous views. The condo is small but beautifully decorated with a Hawaiian theme. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you need to prepare small meals. You have everything you need for a day at the beach; chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels and beach mat.

Location is great, a short drive to Poipu beach & within walking distance to a small shopping/dining precinct. We will definitely be back, couldn’t fault our stay here, everything was perfect!

This condo is amazing, so close to the ocean and so far from neighbors and traffic. Located on the corner of the third floor, the windows face a beautiful guava tree with a view of the ocean to the right.
No neighbors to look at aside from the roosters and hens, the mountains in the background and lush trees. The condo has everything you might need or want and despite being a studio, the deck makes it seem even larger. It is quiet (roosters excepted) and breezy with windows and doors on 3 sides. This spot could become a habit!

This property is a small studio condo in an older development but the owner has done a terrific job to make this property efficient, comfortable and enjoyable.
We enjoyed everything about this property with the exception of parking. Parking is available but the spots are pretty small. It did not result in any significant issues, but there were some tight squeezes!
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The view from the deck is amazing and should not be discounted!

We absolutely loved this place. It was decorated very well and it gave you a sense of being at home. The hosts thought of every minor detail that one may need for their stay. We had a fun time talking with others while using the grilling area downstairs. Parking was easy in the garage. We had a balcony that you could see everything from mountains to the ocean. If we were to live on Kauai, this spot would be it.

The condo was a beautiful, well laid-out studio that was perfect for two. The lanai had great views of the mountains and the ocean. With windows on two sides the studio had good cross-ventilation and a/c if needed (a blessing during the summer). There was a complete kitchen with all the basics for cooking plus some very thoughtful touches. The bed was comfy and the place was immaculate. There is a beach with good snorkeling across the street and another a six-minute walk away. Food was also within walking distance.
Julie, the condo owner, was very friendly, responsive and patient with our questions. This was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday and anniversary. Mahalo nui loa, Julie!

Good location, very clean well supplied little corner studio. The grounds and the pool were well kept and very nice. Short drive or walk to everything in Poipu. My only complaint is the internet was spotty at times. Overall though great experience, Julie was a phenomenal and accommodating host. She had the studio well prepared and stocked for us with everything we needed from kitchen cookware, laundry detergent to a boogie board and beach chairs.

Prince Kuhio suite 337 is a wonderful option for a stay on Kauai. We were in town for a week and had a LOT of activities planned. We wanted a hotel in a great location that was affordable enough to allow us to do everything we wanted. This was an amazing deal and we are so happy we stayed here.
While not a huge room it had plenty of space for my husband and I along with 3 suitcases of clothes and gear. Everything is nicely remodeled and the bed was comfy! The owners were great to deal with and keep the condo well stocked with everything you need and more than we expected. The kitchen has absolutely everything needed for any cooking we desired, they have beach chairs, floats and a cooler for your use and even include ice packs in the freezer. The views are lovely with a large open park directly out the window and rolling ocean waves across the street.
The area is quiet but still many restaurants and shopping close by. The snorkeling across the street was great and the pool was gorgeous. Our only complaint was the parking could be difficult if we were out past 9 PM. The lot out front is tiny and many of the spots in the parking garage were unusable unless you had an extremely compact vehicle. Also, beware the chickens! They are everywhere on the island but there were definitely quite a few that hung out in the park next to the condo which prevented us from sleeping with the windows open unless we wanted 4:45 am wake up calls.
Overall, I would highly recommend this suite! It was an amazing vacation!
