With the sounds of water and birds in the lovely garden out front to the beautiful park, ocean view and wonderful breeze in the back, we found it to be a quiet and relaxing spot. The place is spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed the property. Large apartment, nice ocean view, perfectly equipped. The problem came when we could not get the key out of the door. The contact people never responded; and luckily 2 very sweet cleaning ladies helped us to remove the key so that we could begin our vacation!

Great location. When you can walk 2 min to some of the best snorkeling on the island. Turtles Mantarays and abundance of fish plus the sun sets at the Beach House it’s really awesome. Condo was fully stocked and plenty of room. Would recommend this condo for sure.

This property is big and clean and the location for traveling to all parts of kauai is fantastic..
They provided beach chairs and a perfectvsized cooler for day trips..
The patio off the master is a great place to start your day looking at the ocean..and having a cuppa!..

What a wonderful condo , the condo was extremely well equipped with everything you can need. the bed was comfortable and view on the lanai was beautiful the grounds at the complex with all it’s beautiful flowers and koi pond were so pretty.we found the area quite and very laid back you are within a 2min walk to a small beach right next to the beach house restaurant which is a little pricey but the food was outstanding . I highly recommend this condo to anybody looking to stay in the Poipu area thanks jack !!

What a wonderful condo , the condo was extremely well equipped with everything you can need. the bed was comfortable and view on the lanai was beautiful the grounds at the complex with all it’s beautiful flowers and koi pond were so pretty.we found the area quite and very laid back you are within a 2min walk to a small beach right next to the beach house restaurant which is a little pricey but the food was outstanding . Wonderful Stay!
Beautiful property! Unit 2-7 is spacious, clean, comfortable, well stocked with anything we could need. Beautiful garden, so many orchids! We enjoyed the sounds of the koi pond waterfall in the front room and ocean waves from the bedroom. Great to be next to the park vs. another building blocking the views. It was convenient to have one and a half baths. There are several upgrades not yet in the photos; kitchen cabinets, countertops and floors. All the beach gear was so nice to have. Thank you so much for sharing this great condo, we loved the location!!

Property was as expected. Pictures are accurate. View from lanai is wonderful. Great breezes from this 2nd floor unit. No elevator but we knew that when we booked. Pool had been updated. Gas BBQ area downstairs we used every night. Grounds are beautiful with waterfall, koi, orchids and other foliage. Unit was clean and comfortable. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise!

Jack was a great host and very responsive. His place is very clean and has all you would want for a stay. We enjoyed the use of beach chairs, coolers, and a guide book on Kauai. The pool in the complex is very nice. The grounds are very lush. We had an excellent stay and would recommend to future guests.

Just had a great time! Perfect setup on the south end of the island. The condo is well laid out with a well furnished kitchen, comfortable living room with large flat screen TV, nice guest bath and very comfortable master bedroom with a fantastic view of the palm trees & ocean. Comfortable bed. & nice master bath/shower. Has everything from beach chair,s, towels & cooler for a great time at the beach! Lovely full size swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. Has two outdoor grills & sitting areas. Very well maintained property with full laundry facilities. Some really good restaurants near by (The Dolpin restaurant was particularly good but The Beach House restaurant literally across the street was quite good as well.) Already planning to go back next year & hope to stay in this same condo!!!

My friend and I were on Kauai for just a week. Jack's Place at Prince Kuhio was amazing. Just as expected as my husband and I have stayed at Prince Kuhio before.
We absorbed the Aloha spirit in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was amazing. Jack was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to make the stay seamless and reached out to me to ensure I had all the info needed for the stay. In the photos it doesn't even show some more improvements that were made to the place.
Overall great view and vicinity of the ocean. Hearing the waves at night was very relaxing.

The condo is huge - lots of space to roam around in here. Every single detail has been considered and provided for. The view from the bedroom is beautiful and loved, loved, loved being able to hear the ocean in bed at night.
