The condo is exactly as described. It is super clean & completely upgraded with top-of-the-line furnishings including TV's, mattresses & kitchen appliances (has everything you will need). Spectacular ocean views and the location is within walking distance to Pub's, local shops & close to Kapalua and 10 min to all the Kaanapali Beach dining & shopping at Whaler's Village. We will definitely be back...

We searched for the perfect spot to bring our family to Maui to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. It was a great location to easily access everything we wanted to do north and south of the resort. We woke every morning from our comfy beds to watch the sunrise on the patio and almost every evening to see it set. Not to mention the daily turtle sightings.
The kitchen was adequately stocked for the meals we made on site.
It was helpful to have beach towels to use while at the beach or pool area. The kiddy pool was perfect for our 2 grandchildren ages 1 & 3 to enjoy.
Communication with the owners was easy and prompt! We ran into issues paying our final payment through VRBO but the owners were extremely understanding & accommodating!
I highly recommend this place for a family to enjoy or group of friends! Until next time Maui! Aloha!

Our family group of 8 adults & 2 young children enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely unit! The space was suprisingly generous - we didn't feel 'on top of each other' at all. AMAZING views all day long!!
The unit was well supplied with everything you could need. The only thing 'missing' that might have been nice to have supplied in the unit were some beach/ocean accessories (noodles, boogie board, umbrella, etc.). Those items are available for rent onsite.

We had a wonderful stay! The suite is beautiful, was clean and stocked with anything you could need. The view is AMAZING, you can stare out at the ocean, see the beach and pool all from the balcony. Owners were always quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant to communicate with. We would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect 3 bedroom condo at Sands of Kahana for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-12). The condo is gorgeous, clean and has all you need for a fun filled Hawai’i vacation. The Beach House restaurant on property is excellent too especially the smoothies! We love Sands of Kahana.

My personal first time booking VRBO, easy process and and host was very prompt with responding to questions. Kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and the unit had everything we needed.

This unit is truly spectacular in every way. The recent remodel is so nice and the unit is well appointed with all that is needed. We usually stay at the Westin but with our late changes in our travel plans we’re not able to stay there. So we booked this place and loved the ocean front view and spacious condo. It was large enough for 8 of us to enjoy our time and not be right on top of each other. We enjoyed the location and would highly recommend it.

We couldn’t have chosen better accommodations. It felt like a beautiful home away from home. From the decor to the consideration of the guests with the amenities, it was the best stay on Maui to date. Seriously looking forward to our next stay with Maui123.com.

After staying in other units on same property, we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Cabinets were filthy on outside. Kitchen drawers needed wiping out. Mold in shower. Towels smelled like they were not dried fully and smelt like mold. We had to rewash all towels.
Master bath Oder, we assumed from drains, smelt aweful. Tried baking soda and soap with hot water to flush drains. Toilet in master bath was broken. Top lid of toilet always slid to side, and you’d end up sitting on bare rim of toilet. This unit just needs a few minor up grades and the cleaning staff needs to do a much better job!
With that said, I love sands of Kahana there is no better place to stay on Maui. Views, beach, restaraunt , location is all the best.

My family and I stayed a week and are still relishing how much we loved our stay for our very first stay in Hawaii on Maui!! Our views were incredible... We could walk down stairs and be on the beach for a swim, a walk or boogie or paddle boarding... We were able to make some of our own meals or eat at the Beach House Bar and Grill... The owners left boogie boards and travel beach equipment for our use and on top of it. Communication was on point! We highly recommend if you want an amazing stay on Maui that you come check it out! :)

This was the perfect space for our two families with a total of seven people. Plenty of space for everyone. Newly remodeled, new appliances, new beds. The owners have thought of everything in this condo. Beautiful beach views and we were able to see turtles from the condo. Convenient to have a restaurant on the premises. Nice to have all of things we needed to cook meals in the condo. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend this condo if you want to stay in west Maui!!
