This is our second time staying at this condo. We absolutely love it and will return.
It’s beautiful and clean. The bed is comfortable and everything is updated. We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. The beach is not swimmable but it was not a big deal due to having access to the pools at the resort. Garden Island was very accommodating with a late check out and availability to anything we need.

Clean, beautiful condo on Kauai. Unit is exactly as pictured and property is directly on the beach. Beautiful pools and amenities shared with the outrigger resort that is connected. Great price and nice location on Kauai.

The condo was neat and clean. We were a little surprised that the original condo was 2 bedrooms and was converted into a single bedroom condo with an adjoining bedroom (similar to a hotel room).

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Kauai Beach Villa. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the beach during our stay. The condo was close to Kapa’a and our favorite breakfast restaurant. The condo was clean and comfortable with beautiful gardens on the grounds.

We loved, loved our stay at this Kauai Beach Villa. The unit was so roomy, comfortable and nicely updated. The location is quiet and perfectly located for visiting the beautiful island of Kauai. We traveled all the way north to Hanalei and Haena, south to Poipu area, as well as Waimea Canyon State Park to the top where you can view the Napali Coast Line. We appreciated the central location as well as the home feel of this villa and it’s amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
