The condo was clean, just as described. We loved the location and beautiful beach right out front. We saw so many turtles on the beach too! The view from the room was beautiful with the sunsets in the evening. We loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler available for us to use as well. The only recommendation I would have is for a light comforter for the pull out bed available, we used the fitted and top sheet but felt we needed a little extra. Otherwise everything was great.

There were several days I didn’t even get in the car, as this charming spot was so close to a great beach right out front, and shops, groceries, and great restaurants a very short walk away. It’s also so easy to access the rest of Maui from here.

The condo complex is right on a beautiful beach in Kihei. Great central location for exploring the entire island. Nice pool and perfect location for morning beach walks and watching the beautiful Maui sunsets. The view from the patio is wonderful. Condo has everything you need for your vacation. Our only critiques are that the unit is a bit dated and the portable AC units struggle to keep the condo cool. We appreciate that it has beach chairs, beach/ pool towels, two small coolers for your adventures, and boogie boards if you care to give that a try!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo and absolutely loved it! Such a convenient location and so close to the beach! Spent a ton of time on the lanai and with sea turtles on the beach - couldn’t have asked for a better home!

Great condo. Only 2 complaints. Floor was dirty when we arrived and the ac has to be sized to a larger u it for the living room area. Undersized so unit does not cool the area. Bedroom cooling is great!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the access to the beach. The pool was great. However, the pool was closed for our last days due to maintenance. The bedroom was cool and comfortable, while the living room was a bit warm the majority of our time. The a/c is too small for this size room. The living room could use more furniture if you are using the pull out bed. The complex was nice a quiet. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed seeing the sights around the island, but is was just a meh for me.

This condo was everything we hoped for. It looks just like the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need. King size bed is very comfortable. Steps away from a beautiful private beach. We could view the ocean from our lanai which is on the north side so it was never too hot. The grounds are well kept. You can walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!!

Quiet condo complex. Kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed eating nightly on our lanai with the lovely sunset view. Easy drive to many different beaches. Excellent snorkeling off the beaches in Wailea. A very relaxing week.

We loved staying at this condo. In fact, we’d like to come back next time we go to Maui. There is a HUGE, empty beautiful beach just beyond a well equipped pool area. Immaculate grounds full of well maintained plants, flowers and trees. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our vacation home perfect for us. Oh, I almost forgot to say the lanai was perfect for just hanging out and sharing meals.

The beach is not busy at all and great for long walks and watching sunsets. Nearby beaches like Kamaole park beach are more popular because of wider soft sandy shores. The Email communication regarding a couple of minor issues in the condo got a quick response. Hopefully the issues were addressed after our departure. We cooked just a couple of times in the condo and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

This property has amazing beach access, a nice sized pool, multiple grills, beautiful grounds & the unit is comfortable, clean & has an ocean view from the lanai.
The Management team was quick with communications & accommodations for all our travel hiccups.

Pros: Convenient location right on beach with lots of nearby shopping & services. Easy parking. Property well-maintained, with clean pool and BBQ area. Management company friendly, very responsive & overall good at communicating. Very comfortable primary bed. Good water pressure in shower. Good amenities in unit, including dishes and cookware, plus beach towels and nice beach chairs, beach umbrella & boogie boards. Cons: Broken A/C unit was venting hot air into unit - fixed the next day. Thankfully, the unit is well-ventilated. All numbers have been worn off stovetop dials so you can't tell what setting the burners are on. One of the four stovetop burners was broken (schedule to be fixed). Sofabed frame was uncomfortable, so we placed the mattress on floor and were very comfortable. Variable power in some outlets - sometimes our electronics would charge and sometimes they wouldn't (we tested our power cables upon our return home, and all worked fine).

Everything you need without the overinflated prices of the resorts. the view is exactly what you see in the photos. One thing that we (along with most everyone else) enjoyed was watching the sunset from the beach, lawn, or balcony every night. It was exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.

Our stay in the apartment rental was very pleasant! The view out of the balcony was serene and beautiful, the AC unit in the bedroom provided a lot of comfort during our summer stay, and the pool was ideal for especially windy and wavy times of day for the beach. We liked being able to brew our own coffee and make our own bedroom or dinner in the kitchen, and then enjoying our meal on the balcony watching the ocean waves. The beach equipment was also incredibly useful! We used the beach chairs and umbrella quite a bit.

The condo is outfitted with a few extras that came in handy like the coffee maker (filter type), cooler, beach chairs, etc. Seeing the sunset from the balcony and being so close to the beach is a definite plus too. Overall the unit was very tidy, however I did make the rating slightly lower because the floors seemed to be overlooked when last cleaned. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly central spot to visit Paia, the Upcounty, Haleakala, or the road to Hana. Also in this region you have lots of great beaches nearby as well as tons of great restaurant options within a short drive/walking distance.

It exceeded our expectations! It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed, and the best night's sleep. There are great food options nearby, including vegetarian, grocery and a coffee shop around the corner. The grounds were lovely and groomed, the pool nice sized, and we had the beach to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout where the living room was large enough to leave it down. Decor was a tasteful seaside vibe, that didn't feel like a hotel or intruding on someone's apartment. It was well fitted out with beach gear. Lastly, the manager had the place cooled down for our arrival. We didn't want to leave, and we hope to come back sometime soon.

It was awesome to stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale! I had family visiting and staying and two other units in the same complex and so I decided to treat my kids tonight to a weekend in this beautiful unit. It had everything we needed and I could look out from the lanai and see if my sister was at the pool or if her in-laws were at their place. She and I had lived at this condo at one time when we were kids, so there was a nostalgic feeling. I love it here and I didn’t want to leave and go back to the other side of the island where it’s much rainier. I Loved being able to walk to Azeka‘s around the corner. I would happily stay here again!
