We spent a week in 48A with our daughter. She got up early each morning for work - being downstairs there was no noise at all. Plus there is a small work area upstairs that we could use if we had calls.

Had the best time in this Condo! Spacious, clean, well stocked kitchen! My 8, 6, and 4 year old could walk down and back to the main pool/beach area with some minor motivational speaking. So close to the Wailea walking path for morning runs with the best views! We will definitely return to this condo for future trips!

Ekahi was a beautiful place to stay the grounds are gorgeous, we were in until 48A and it was perfect for our family of 5. We loved everything about it! The pool and pavilion was a great place to escape the sun and still feel like you were at the ocean.

Huge master bedroom was ideal to place a travel crib in. This unit is more private than most others in the village - you basically don't see any other people walking by your property. It's a bit of an uphill climb from the ocean, but quite manageable.

This condo was a great place to call home for a week in Wailea. Very family friendly. We also really appreciated management's flexibility with a cancelled flight that had us arriving a day late, and helping us book an extra night so we could still stay a full week.
Only minor complaint is that, within the Ekahi complex, it's a trek down to the pool and beach, and pretty close to the main road. But otherwise it was exactly as expected!

We saw the ocean by day and stars and sunsets by night! Just a five minute walk to the main pool and beach! Loved having our own bathroom and lanai.Will be back next Maui visit. Mahalo!

Amply sized two-floor condo. Very nice space for the four of us and had additional family over for Thanksgiving dinner. Big patio and grass lawn is nice as well. Small pool nearby. The big pool and beach are a bit of a walk but fine. Beautiful views. A little dated but very nice.Recommend:Maui Snorkel Adventures.Air Maui for helicopter ride.Maui Ocean Center Aquarium.Drive to Lahaina, lunch at Cheeseburger in Paradise - walk Front Street and check out the Banyan Tree.Road to Hana - it's the journey, not the destination. We went to Halfway to Hana, which was plenty for us. Bring Dramamine if you plan to go the whole way, haha. Check out the Garden of Eden. Twin Falls was nice but too busy. Other good stops: Paia for shopping, Hookipa Beach Park, Aunty Sandy's Banana Bread.

Our family had a wonderful experience at wailed ekahi. The accommodations were clean and provided enough space for our family. The property is pristine. Guests were friendly. Swimming and snorkeling with the sea turtles was amazing. Small maintenance need resolved quickly. Majority of our meals were prepared in house. A coffee grinder would be great.

The unit has good size rooms. But- it needs to be renovated- totally. 1985 ended a long time ago. The location was good. The outside area was beautiful. The management company was very helpful and friendly.

* Do snorkel at the beach by the property, it’s best snorkeling I did in Hawaii
* there is ceiling music player which was very cool
* the patio space is very enjoyable
* they provide beach chairs and towels

Lovely property, well maintained and fully equipped! Beautiful views from the lanais, and it feels a bit more private than some of the other units. We always enjoy our stays at the Ekahi and would love to stay at 48A again! ( Though note to new visitors- there are many rules, but this is what contributes to the relaxed, clean and low key environment here)

Ocean views from the multiple patios/lanais and privacy were the highlights of 48A. Mostly updated interior was clean and comfortable. Beach and pool are walkable. Would give it a 4.5 stars if I could, but overall a nice place.

Very nice two story townhouse. Great outdoor spaces. Coolest looking tree trunk I've ever seen! Very well appointed kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Wonderful location in relation to the upper pool, barbecue, parking. Bit of a walk uphill after a day at the beach, but the beach is amazing! Chairs and towels all in great shape. Wish there had been an umbrella. We had a fabulous vacation.

Lovely location in Wailea and great condo, although farther from the beach and main pool than we had realized when booking.
The place itself was roomy, comfortable, well stocked with basics and supplies, and has a fantastic outdoor area from which to enjoy the views.
While we had a couple of issues at the house, the management company was very responsive and took care of them rather quickly.
