It was an absolutely wonderful property for our family of 4. Loved the outside sitting area with the sounds of the waves, watching surfers, and amazing sunsets.
Location is perfect - snorkeling with turtles just steps away on the reef, walking distance to amazing beaches, and the property's waterside pools were so relaxing! The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Truly fantastic - thank you!

This listing is true to its description and reviews -- almost heaven! About the only thing I have to add is that I was happy to find that the area is much more "walkable" than I had realized. It is very close to several excellent restaurants, such as the Sea House and the Gazebo, and just a short walk to the beginning of the dramatic and lovely Coastal Trail. The routes aren't always apparent but a chat with the helpful front desk staff will set you on the right path. Non walkers should know that the condo itself is up a steep flight of stairs to the second floor entrance. The wonderfully well-stocked Napili Market is a short car ride away. The unit uses keys. and not a code, and is part of the Napili Point Resort, so if you are arriving late the front desk will let the security guard know you are coming and they will show you to your unit, which gets your vacation off to a great start; no searching around trying to find your unit and staff on hand during the day to to deal with any issues and answer any questions. We loved this unit and hope to return!

This clean, nicely decorated condo with updated bathrooms has an ocean front location with a stunning view off the balcony. The sunset view was particularly mesmerizing. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and listening to the ocean during afternoons and evenings. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach, just a 7-8 min walk down the road. So convenient to be able to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property!

We returned to this condo after a wonderful trip the year before. It is an extra special location with views of turtles and surfers through the extra large windows. The inside was so comfortable from the beds to the sofa. There were some beautiful new furniture pieces (dressers) that looked like pieces of art with carvings. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a cooler to get our ice cream home from the nearby market. Enjoy!

This was overall a wonderful stay. The owners were extremely responsive and communication was excellent. The setting is ideal if you are interested in snorkeling on the west side, with the entrance to Honokeana Cove literally steps away and Kapalua just a short walk north. Napili Beach is extremely accessible from here. The condo unit is very nice. Check-in was really easy. The place would benefit from a few updates and minor fixes but overall is in very good shape, at the upper end of the various vacation rental units that we've stayed in, and the master bed was very comfortable and NOT a Tempur-pedic mattress, which is a plus for us. Cleaning is listed as every four days in the check-in information but the resort cleaning staff actually stopped by every three days, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed cooking our meals and eating on the balcony/lanai with those great sunset views. In addition to the kitchen, the gas grills on the property were spotless as they were seriously cleaned every night.
The property is less than a 10 minute drive to the stairs for slaughterhouse Beach and about a half mile walk from the trailhead for the Kapalua coastal trail which leads to the Mahana trail. But as others have said, the snorkeling and views right outside the unit are tremendous and we found ourselves enjoying being at the unit more than we anticipated.
Lastly, the bed I in the loft was very comfortable and we slept great.

We spent a week at Napili Point and it was perfect. The condo is clean and has everything you need for cooking, relaxing. We loved this condo and spot. It was our first trip to Maui and this as our home base was great. The condo was clean, and the views were stellar.
A few things to know are that the master is actually in the loft, so privacy wasn’t ideal, but seeing the ocean from bed was pretty rad. A funny thing is the light switch for the shower/toilet room isn’t in that room. Took us the whole 7 day stay to get used to that. And if that’s as close to a complaint as we can get, you know it’s a 5-star place.
My wife isn’t into swimming with fish but she was able to sit on the balcony and see the turtles and watch us snorkel. She even guides us to a few turtles we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. :).
Would be stoked to stay here again should we ever manage to find our way back to this garden spot.

We stayed here for 11 days and it was so relaxing! Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a location close to grocery and sight seeing. Owers were super helpful, quick to respond and the welcome basket was unexpected treat.

This condo is just amazing! Walking in you se the beautiful cove and view of the ocean. It just takes your breathe away. Even at night, we all enjoyed hanging out on the lanai.
The interior of the condo is furnished with everything to make your stay comfortable. Very tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful week long stay and would come back here!

We come to Maui annually and have been increasingly adding on a week in the Napili and Kapalua area. Here we enjoy the coastal walk, pines, country store, and snorkeling. This is a wonderful place to stay, no matter the weather, as it is complete with air conditioning, glass railing, and motorized sun shade. We appreciated the filtered water with the crushed ice maker and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The updated Maui Revealed book encouraged us to explore a new hiking area and blow hole. The beds were oh so comfortable to return to each evening. We are grateful they shared their condo with us, so we could make our own, new, Maui memories.

I (age 47) stayed here with my husband, mother (age 70), and aunt (age 72) for my mom's bday. The condo is clean, well-supplied, and beautifully decorated. The view can't be beat. Communication from the owner and housekeeping were excellent. Gift basket upon arriving was such a treat.
The upstairs loft is open to the lower level, so there's very little privacy and you can hear everything from downstairs.
The patio was a bit too small for the 4 of us to eat comfortably - there is a nice hi-top cocktail table for 4, but it's really tight. But there is ample seating inside at the table. There is a cushioned lounge chair on the patio that is amazing for 1 person to sip a cocktail and watch the surfers. The bay out front is FULL of sea turtles and great for snorkeling, but it's hazardous to get in and out - I got numerous scrapes on the lava rocks and my mom and aunt didn't get in at all. I wouldn't recommend young kids get in either due to lack of safe access (there are 2 pools). There is a great little sandy beach within walking distance, but it doesn't have bathrooms and is bit of trek to carry down chairs, ice chests, snorkeling gear, etc.
We loved walking to the Gazebo and bringing back take-out breakfast instead of waiting in the 2-hour line. We grabbed fish from the Fish Market just down the street and had amazing meals. Happy Hour at Maui Tacos just around the corner was a treat. And our vacation must-have was met: a community BBQ with a view for grilled hot dog lunches.
The walking trail at Kapalua is really close. Walking from the condo was limited because the highway is pretty tight, so we had to drive somewhere to do our daily walks.
I had a lot of video meetings to do during our stay, which was a challenge. The only area that can be made private is the front bedroom, but the wi-fi signal was weak and the noise from the gardeners/road was loud.
My family has lived in Hawaii (myself - Kailua, Oahu; my mom - just above Kaanapali beach), so we knew what to expect and were happy. It was so nice to be away from the madness of the resort strips. For our next trip, my husband and I will probably stay at the resort next door by the beach and have my mom and aunt rent the condo so we can have the best of both worlds.

We fell in love with Napili Beach years ago and this property was perfect! Loved overlooking the bay with all the turtles, snorkeled numerous times right out front of our unit! The binoculars came in handy when spotting whales farther out. Had dolphins swim right in the bay where others were snorkeling. Walking distance to other beaches as well. Kitchen is well stocked .......Water and ice in fridge so no need to buy bottled water - bring your own re-usable bottle! Really enjoyed a slower paced environment and not far from more active resorts south of here. Hosts were great to work with and communication was A+!
