Inside, you'll find an air-conditioned haven boasting an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining countertop for 2. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen cable TV, while the living area offers a comfy pull-out sleeper sofa and a 50" Smart TV. Plus, there's a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo for your convenience.

All linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided, and you'll also have easy access to laundry facilities located on each floor. With free high-speed internet and free parking, you just can't go wrong with Waikiki Banyan!

As if that weren't enough, Waikiki Banyan offers an incredible sixth-floor recreation deck, featuring a large pool, jet spa, sauna, coin-operated electric BBQ, and a children's playground. Take advantage of these fantastic amenities and create lasting memories with your loved ones.

THE RECREATION DECK ON THE 6TH FLOOR INCLUDES:

- Two hot tubs for your relaxation.
- Restrooms, showers, and a sauna, all accessible from 9 AM to 9 PM.
- A coin-operated BBQ grill with availability from 10 AM to 9 PM.
- A dedicated children's playground for young ones to enjoy.

THE BUILDING:
• There is a coffee shop on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a convenience store on the ground floor next to the elevators in Tower 1
• There is a coin machine on the ground floor next to the security office in Tower 2

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT:
Check-in: any time after 3:00 PM
Check out: any time before or at 10:00 AM

Regarding early check-ins or late checkouts, we're unable to confirm those requests at the moment. If you'd like to ensure you can either check in early or check out late, we'd suggest booking an extra night. In such cases, please reach out to Midway Vacations, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

HOW TO GET HERE:
From Honolulu Airport, it's about a 20-minute ride – Prices are around $45 depending on traffic. Follow the signs to the taxi area upon arrival.

CHECKOUT CLEANING:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels with high temperature (180F) and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap.
Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.

LINENS & TOWELS:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.

LAUNDRY ROOMS:
There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin and credit-card-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit. There is a coin change machine next to the lobby in Tower 2. Laundry room hours are from 8 am-10 pm daily.

TRASH ROOM:
Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

3O NIGHTS OR MORE STAY:
Experience even greater savings! Reach out to us when planning a stay of 30 nights or more and enjoy a 10% discount on your total room fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well. Beautiful one bedroom in a great location. Only suggestion for improvement is to remove some of the extra clutter/Knick Knacks/plastic plants but other than that truly a first class spot! Clean!

Great condo, had everything I could ask for. It is very much as advertised. Excellent location. Parking was never an issue, I used the 5th floor so I could avoid the elevator if needed. The elevator was only an issue during high traffic times, 3-5 pm usually. There were times when I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get on because they were packed full, but there were also times when they were empty. Plan around the busy times and you’ll be fine. Easy walkable to great restaurants, shopping, and the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

First, we had a wonderful stay and time in Oahu. The space was located perfectly for walking to the beach, farmers markets, and shopping. With a rental car, lots of beautiful areas to visit easily. Management was very responsive, professional, and friendly. Our first surprise was the closure of the pool and spa for the week we were scheduled to be there due to "annual maintenance". We appreciate the need for annual maintenance, and appreciate that they worked with us...it might be helpful to reveal the schedule when people are looking to book for that week, since it appears that it happens every year. Again, management was supportive, thankfully. The second issue was the sleeper sofa. Our 27 year old 120 lb daughter had some pretty difficult sleeping nights. When it was pulled out, the head of the mattress never laid flat, the mattress was pretty typical for a sleeper sofa and was thin which meant the springs from the sofa were felt through the mattress even with a thin person. It might be perfect for a child. Finally, our daughter woke up almost every morning with red welts on her legs. Again, management was responsive and sent someone to look over the situation and to change out the pillows and bedding. I've never needed to reach out to management for an issue before and likely wouldn't have if we hadn't needed the sofa. The space was very nice and again, management very helpful...I dislike complaining, so just sharing that even with some issues, it was nice

The location was central to a lot of areas that we were able to walk too such as International Market and Dukes. We would definitely come back to stay and recommend this place to others. The toilet needs a shim between the wall and the tank😜 Kitchen dimmer switch needs to be replaced. Lights kept flickering the last few days. The biggest bonus was the parking that comes with the room. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was perfect for our trip. It was exactly as listed and has all of the amenities we needed. It's in a great location off Kuhio and isn't as loud as staying on Kalakaua. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will absolutely be back!

Very well maintained and laid-out condo in a great building one block off Kalakaua avenue and Kuhio Beach Park. Easy walk to great restaurants, the beaches, the Honolulu Zoo and Aquarium, and many of the most popular eating spots in Waikiki. A great base for a stay in Waikiki - I'll be coming back!

This home was perfect. Very prime location to everything and the strip. Only a 10 - 15 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Beach is only a block away. Our spot was also very clean and gave over very homey Hawaii vacation vibes. Parking was for sure a plus and easy. Beach chairs were nice to have and very convenient. Definite recommend this vacation home.
