When we first showed up here, a combo of jetlag, tiredness and excitement, my first reaction was what a dump. Unfortunately, I was comparing it with my last trip to Hawaii with a fully renovated suite. The next morning though, we both woke up with grins on our face and ended up loving this place. So much so, that we can't wait to book again. It's a ground floor unit, so the temperatures were never uncomfortable (no air conditioning). We appreciated the size of the unit & it's ground floor patio. Everything we needed was present, including some snorkeling equipment and beach chairs. Great location for walking to town (approx. 1 mile). This unit is right in the middle of the complex, so it was quiet & handy to everything,,, including the pool & the ocean. Plenty of people from the complex gather at the ocean
for sunsets. I'd say the only downside is there is no dishwasher (first world problem) and sometimes voices in the complex tend to carry. Most of the time we didn't notice the voices but sometimes, the inconsiderate ones would be sitting out on their balconies having really early morning or late night chitchats. Most of this just took an adjustment in perspective and we treated it like background noise. Keep in mind that info about checking in doesn't show up until about a week before arrival. We would have appreciated just a little more notice than this. Dawn was great at answering questions. She even made sure we had a coffee grinder...nice touch.

Great location! This property is right on Ali’i drive and very close to downtown Kona where you can find many shops and restaurants.
Pool and BBQ areas on property were really nicely kept. We also really enjoyed sitting and having coffee out on the lanai.

The location was nice and the grounds are well cared for. The property is nice and quiet. Located nor far from town we could walk there. The unit was clean and well stocked. Dawn was wonderful to work with. I had to contact her with changes to our trip date. She accommodated us so easily. We also had a medical emergency the day we were supposed to check out and had to stay another night. Dawn went above and beyond to help us out. I would definitely recommend this place and we would stay again.

My friend and I stayed for 8 days at this lovely property. While a tiny bit dated with some of the decor, the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The whole place was sparkling clean with ample linens and towels. They even provided small coolers if needed for the beach. The pool and grilling facilities are a big plus and all the neighbors were friendly. The property manager’s communication was prompt with easy to follow directions and convenient check-in. The location is super convenient for a bunch of local restaurants and beaches.
Of note, the condo does not have air conditioning, but plenty of fans and good airflow. We were both quite comfortable. Overall, great experience and would stay again.

Fairly well equipped and comfortable; nice decor. Good location and a nice pool. Roaches were a problem. There was some noise from surrounding units, sometimes at night and early in the morning.

Was centrally located in Kona and close to downtown. Very clean condo and fully equipped with a fantastic stay. Well though out and everything you need to for any stay. Dawn was very quick to answer any question or concerns I had.
Would book again when if available on my next stay in Kona.

The size of the unit was great. It had a ton of plates, flatware,& such in kitchen. It was so close and hot at night the owners could break down and get a AC in the bedroom. Living room was out of a magazine. Bedroom not even a dresser. The manager we great. Lent us a hairdryer since unit had none
