Kahana Sunset is the perfect spot for families in Maui and this property checks all of the boxes! The unit is fully equipped and the property has both a pool and ocean access. Can't wait to visit again!

We have so much fun when we stayed in Kahana Sunset C7. It has so much home vibes that we were able to rest and prepare home cook meals when we were on vacation. The location was very nice and it has a beach front access where you can sea turtles in the morning. Watching the sunset was perfect and just enjoying the pool was a plus. We had a hard time checking in but the property management were very helpful and was able to assists us asap.

Overall our stay at Kahana Sunset was great! The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have to head down and have some beach time. I did have to reach out to Epic Realty on our third day there regarding a leak from the dishwasher. They were very responsive, however trying to arrange the repair folks was a bit cumbersome. Being that we were on island time, I didn’t always have my phone with me and had to call back or reply in the VRBO host conversation. I had originally said that the repair people could come in anytime even if we were not in the unit. Before they came, they called me anyway to ask again if they could enter the unit if we weren’t there. I didn’t get the message until later as we were out thus missing out on the repair. The next available time was the day before we left, which meant we had to hand wash everything the whole trip. This wasn’t a complete deal breaker, however, had they noted my original request that the repair people could enter without us being there, it would have been cared for earlier and not been a worry to us. It was just a matter of not connecting timely. Parking is available and rather private, though for the C building, is a little snug, but expected for the space that’s available. Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

We just returned home from a 22 day stay at this terrific property. The pictures and description are 100% accurate. Beautiful, happy condo with awesome views, sparkling clean and with excellent proximity to shops and restaurants, comfy beds and lots of space. Whales, turtles and spectacular sunsets all included for free. If you like to cook (we don't) you will find every tool known to man in the kitchen. This is our second year booking with Epic and everything went according to plan. Awesome staff. No issues other than a little light bulb that went out and they immediately sent a very nice young man to replace. We highly recommend their services and this condo for your vacation needs.

C7 was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Kahana Sunset is just as amazing as it was when we used to stay as teenagers. The property is well maintained, and landscaping is beautiful. The water level is so high right now, that it's hard to spend time directly on the beach, but there is plenty of space to enjoy the view and other beautiful beaches nearby.

We have stayed at Kahana Sunset for many years but our first time on this side of the resort. C7 was amazing - the views of the ocean and the pool were perfect, easiest access to both, and the unit itself was huge, open layout, with a better equipped kitchen than we left at home!On site ground staff are helpful and keep everything looking amazing. They will pick papayas for you to enjoy and recommend a new beach to snorkel :).This unit allows you to prep lunch while the kids swim in the pool and just call out “food is ready” :). We look forward to staying at C7 again - our new favorite unit.

Nice condo, well maintained - you can tell the owners spend time there and have pride in their property. Nice touches in the guest info book, and, a small detail but I loved that all the light switches were labeled. We were comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. Condo grounds are nice - nice beach, nice pool, great sunset views. A quiet but family friendly community.

We have stayed in different Maui locations and love the west side. C7 was an updated and very clean, well kept unit. C7 has very basic start-up supplies ( a few rolls of toilet paper, very small co tainers of dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, 2 rolls of paper towels, very few spices, ice trays empty upon arrival), so stock up if you are staying a while with a group. If you like to cook the appliances and kitchen tools are top notch. It would be a plus to offer guests a soft, insulated cooler, beach chairs and an umbrella to use while on the island. We enjoyed the view of the pool and ocean- peeks. This is a family oriented property with simple but beautiful grounds. We came early November and were disappointed that a North swell rendered the water too choppy to snorkel in and the beach was non existent. We had to walk or drive to other nearby coves. When the Kahana Sunset cove is actually beachy, this property is hard to beat for families or those who want a quiet and serene setting away from crowds.

We stayed here during our first vacation to Maui. The apartment had an amazing layout, kitchen was well supplied, incredible views of the ocean and amazing information regarding snorkeling. We would definitely come back! As an added bonus, everyone at this location was incredible helpful and nice.

Living furniture not the most comfortable but probably typical for Maui condos. Pillows good. Brand new LG washer/dryer. Beach towels, small and large cooler, and beach totes provided. Bring your own shampoo, soap, and a few extra laundry pods. Communication good. Napili shopping center near by has grocery, restaurants, and beach gear rental. Does have a longer drive to Hana, Haleakala, etc… than staying more central and that can be tiring. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

Had an outstanding experience at the Kahana Sunset, unit C7. The condo was well appointed and the property manager was very responsive. Having the beach just outside was amazing. The beach is smallish but never felt crowded. Air conditioning was powerful. We turned it off during the day but it was nice to have it for sleeping. Kitchen knives were dull, so be prepared for that if you are cooking, but no big deal. Grocery store is two minutes away by car/ten minutes on foot. Very convenient. Will definitely be back if we’re fortunate enough to return to Maui.

We were surprised at the lack of any spices, oil or pam spray. Napili market being so close was a positive. We love the Snorkel Shop. I have to say that this is one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. All the appliances were top notch! The condo was immaculately clean from top to bottom! The condo itself was warm and welcoming and the lanai was awesome with a wonderful view! We had easy access to beaches, food, and shops! Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Maui! We hope to come back in the future! Thank you for everything!

This property is beautiful and inviting. It had a way of emphasing OHANA and we felt blessed to have found such a welcoming condo. The sunsets on the lawn with people in the pool and others grilling reminded me of our neighborhood when I was growing up....a sense of community brought together by the Maui sunset, which never disappoints. Our unit was wonderful and we felt so at home, right on down to the little things....like bag clips and pool noodles! We really appreciated what the owner thought to include to outfit her kitchen and the decor was Maui perfect without being too much. We hope to visit again. Mahalo!

We love staying at Kahana Sunset. The private beach and swimming pool make it a great place for families. C7 is well situated with views of the pool, was clean, well stocked, and had AC, which is a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!
