Beautiful view! all the kitchen appliances and cookware were in great condition. The beds were so comfortable. The natural light was beautiful. Waking up and looking out the window to see the ocean was marvelous. The place was spotless. No AC was surprising, but realized not necessary. Amazing place, really really really made our trip special.

Everything about the property was wonderful other than the fact that there was no air conditioning. On line I didn't notice any mention about the possibility of no AC, and not until I put down a payment did I get the contract saying there may or may not be air conditioning. I would not have rented the unit if I would have known there was no AC. It was unbearably hot in the afternoon and evening, even with the fans.

The condo at the Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club was awesome. The place fit our group on 6 perfectly and the location was great. It is close to shopping, beaches, snorkeling, and lots of great activities. The condo was well maintained and comfortable. The kitchen was great and allowed us to save a little money by eating in several meals. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the beach connected to the property. Overall it was a great experience and the price was very reasonable.

The property and condo was perfect, we had 6 adults in our group and the size was perfect. My husband and I and our adult children and their significant others. My husband’s only downside was no A/C but with the windows open we were all able to sleep at night. They had a closet full of water toys and beach chairs making going to beach easy which was just a short walk from our condo. Possibly the only thing I may have expected was a bit more toilet paper, paper towel etc. you much purchase it for yourself along with all cooking items but we expected too but food. Overall a wonderful place and we would definitely come back again!

Fun family vacation. Unit was comfortable and spacious. It got quite hot in the top floor loft and plug-in fans in the loft were not terribly effective. Highly recommend everything else, though! The ceiling fans in the main floor bedrooms were great!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults, so much room. The pool was fantastic! Good location close to the marina for our night snorkel with the Manta Rays and there was good snorkeling in the park just down the road. The condo had snorkeling gear and chairs to use. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this place! With the tennis courts, ping pong tables, pool, and nearby beaches, there was lots of activities for the kids to do! Plus with the huge lanai, there was also lots of ocean gazing and sunset watching for the grandparents to relax & enjoy! Would definitely stay here again!

The condo matched the photos that were presented on the rental site. Every room was organized, clean, neat and tidy. Closets filled with plenty of bath towels, beach towels and lanai closet was stacked with beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear along with noodles and much more. We enjoyed walking to the private beach located on the resort in mornings with our coffee. The lanai facing the water was so great to bring in the evening sunsets, it was so beautiful! Condo is just down the hill from the Keauhou Shopping Center that has grocery store, restaurants, shaved ice and drug store so we were able to access these shops easily. Also being centrally located making it the perfect stay!

This is a lovely, spacious rental in the community of Keauhou. It is just a 5 minute walk to an amazing snorkeling beach and a stone’s throw away from a small shopping center. The only drawback is that there is no AC which made for some warm afternoons. The ceiling fans helped to cool it down for sleeping but it important to know. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen and beach supplies.

Our family had an enjoyable stay here at the property. The outdoor dining area was a huge hit for all of us as it overlooked the ocean. The surrounding property area was very well maintained and clean.
Some of us did feel a bit hot during sleep time, but the fan did help (after it hits early morning around 1.00 AM or so, the cool draft did come in and it became very comfortable to sleep afterwards).
The property manager was also very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The beach gears provided (boogie boards, snorkels, fins, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler box) were also great!
Location was also good since you have groceries, gas, and a good snorkeling spot next to the property.
All in all, I would recommend this resort!

This property was by far one of the best we’ve stayed in. We are a family of 5 and the size and configuration worked perfectly. The linen, beds, washer & dryer, kitchenware and everything else in the property were of high quality. It’s a real bonus to be able to do laundry in your appartment with a family. Being on the top floor (3 flights of stairs) was great, lovely views from the balcony and the stairs were no issue to climb. No noise was heard from the other appartments, it was pretty sound proof. Our whole family loved everything about this property. There was so many sets of snorkels & reef shoes to use, an esky, chairs and beach gear. We’d return for sure and highly recommend to anyone looking at booking this property. Agent very responsive & easy to deal with.

Best location! The condos have all that you need to entertain the entire family and a great launch location for the stuff you come to Hawaii for. Easy to work with, clean condo, and lots of flexibility to arrange.

There were large stains on the bedsheets and the sofa was old, peeling, and one part sank in. The dining chairs were also peeling and there were stains on the bathroom doors and mildew in the shower. Nice location in a gated community, but bad upkeep and bad cleanliness.
