I have always wanted to go to Maui, since I was a little girl. I dreamed of staying right on the ocean and this condo did not fail me. The pictures portray exactly what you get. The bed was so comfortable that I wanted to bring it home with me. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It's in a great spot, close enough to walk to the beach, local food trucks and the farmer's market. I had the best time. The host is so accommodating and kind. I highly recommend staying here. You will love it. Aloha.

Everything as expected. Not as updated as a couple of the other units and the AC didn’t work as well as we’d hoped but can’t beat the view. We had a great time and love the washing machine and dryer inside the unit. Bed was super comfy. Loved the large shower. Chairs and umbrellas were perfect.

I don't know what more to say other than we LOVE Kaleialoha #113. It's comfortable, clean, updated, and 1st floor ocean views are incredible and mesmerizing. If you want a chill time in a premium condo, this is the one.

This was one of the most hospitable hosts we have ever had in all our years vacationing. And the unit and location had everything you could want on your getaway from home.You could not ask for a better experience. We had a nightmare with flights being canceled and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with an affordable option to stay longer in our case until we could get a flight home. It took so much stress off of us.

Nice place to stay. The ground level access to the water was amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better view. Only small complaints are: the hot water needs to be a little hotter, and the a/c unit needs to be a little colder. Other than those 2 insignificant issues, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo!

First thing i wanna say is the bed was extremely comfortable lol. My wife and i had a great time at this cozy little condo. No joke you walk out to an incredible ocean view straight from the ground floor. We loved our time here and would definitely come back. It is within an easy 10 min drive from downtown lahaina and 6 mins from great snorkeling spots in either direction. You could even snorkel right in front if you wanted.

I have stayed at this property 7 times and in this unit 4 times over the past eight years. I keep coming back for a reason, and the reason is the intimacy of not being in a huge resort. I've gotten to know more than a few people that come out or live in the condos and it's a nice atmosphere. The condo is perfect, well-updated and a home away from home. A recent sinkhole on the property and subsequent repairs were a slight damper to accessing the beach, and hopefully full repairs will be complete by the time I return next year! Lonnie is always easy to work with and she will do whatever it takes to assure your stay is awesome!

This was our 3rd time staying at Kaleialoha & we will definitely be back! Great location. Love watching the ocean & the whales from the lanai. Disappointed about the sink hole & the fence blocking the walkway...but you can't predict Mother Nature. Grounds & pool clean. Lonnie was great to deal with. Mahalo!!

We have stayed in this complex before and been very pleased. This unit should not be considered ultra deluxe until the living room and lani (rusted) furniture are replaced. My wife used the plastic type patio chair to sit in because the sofa was so uncomfortable. It will be a great unit when these are replaced.

Somewhat disappointed, Having a hard time with this survey. When you ask about the property are you asking about the unit or the resort? Resort is great the unit was worn, well used and in need of some updates and repairs. Bathroom faucet needed to be repaired, toilet needed some repair, furniture was in dire need of cleaning or replacement,(had to put clean sheets on them before we could even sit down ), many broken kitchen utensils,lanai furniture had at least three coats of chipped paint and rust, screen door had holes in it, astro turf needs replacement and the unit needed a coat of paint. Bed was comfortable. shower was nice, TV's were of good quality, WiFi worked well, AC did it's job and the dim-able light switches were pretty cool We would not consider this unit an Ultra Superior. As an added note we have stayed at this resort many times and this stay was probably our least satisfying.
