Location is great. The complex is beautiful. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved it! A couple of beach chairs and an umbrella would be a nice addition.

Great location in that it is close (10 min.) to Kailua but not in the middle of all the hub-bub. It's a gated community with parking very close to the unit. Super comfortable and has most of what you might need for a prolonged stay. Small mall with a good restaurant and a nice grocery store right here in the neighborhood. When I come back to Kona, I'll try and get this place again.

The condo was great. But we never heard from the property about what the check in procedure was. Had to call the property number to find out how to check in. Good thing we did or the gate would have been closed.
Also air conditioning was never mentioned as a extra. Just be aware that it's $20 per day extra!!!
These are correctable problems if the property managers get their act together.

Very comfortable and in a good location. On arrival, we had to wait 1-2 hours for a key to be found to let us in. Overall, a nice place. Could use some updating but very comfortable bed and living room furniture, good appliances. Because of Covid-19 and Canadian border being shut, we had to cut holiday short by 5 days.
