Our stay was great, as usual. The grounds are huge and wonderfully maintained. Our room A216 was nice. The only complaints are that the AC unit leaked onto the balcony and the water did not run off so it was always collected by the sliding door, which was also very hard to open/close. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Loved not only the condo, but the entire complex. Our kids enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, putting green, and live music. We love staying in Kihei when we visit Maui! Loved the location right off the elevator. Made it easy to load and unload the car each day. Beach essentials (chairs, towels, umbrella) also came in super handy! The additional twin bed was a plus for my kids as they were able to spread out at night. Will definitely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay in Kihei, first in this property, and a very enjoyable experience! The property is ideally located in the middle of Kihei with a nice, big, walkable, grassy area leading down to the adjacent beach. Condo unit was nice, two good A/C units and lots of fans, and a bonus is it has two full baths. Price was reasonable and check-in was a snap. The only minus is the unit is right next to the elevator and sometimes noisy people and kids didn't respect the keep-quiet signs. We'll definitely stay here again on a future visit! 5 stars.

Perfect location. Great pool and ocean views. Walking distance for dining, shopping and groceries. Beautiful Keawakapu beach closeby with plenty of parking. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

I would recommend this property. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and nicely kept grounds. The condo had everything you may need. There are a few minor things that we would like to see changed but as mentioned, they are minor. We would stay here again.

This unit is a in a wonderful location with a great pool and beach access. The unit is clean with a great balcony. Just a heads up- if you are a light sleeper the bedroom is right near the elevator and walk way, in the AM it can be a little loud but not terrible. The owner was excellent at communicating with me. Would highly recommend this unit and complex.

Great property and the condo was perfect. Had everything we needed. I reached out to maintenance once about the ac leaking on the carpet but they said that was due to the wind. I was afraid it wasn’t due to the wind and the owner had a leak. May need to check on that to prevent major issue. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Maui Sunset. Condo is very convenient to get into and out of for exploring the island. The oceanfront space is great for relaxing in the evenings and enjoying the sunset.
The condo was clean with a full kitchen that was great for cooking meals and saving money from eating out all the time. The space was more than enough for two people and would be great for a family with a couple kids.
Clean, comfortable, and well stocked with beach supplies such as chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards.
Would definitely book again.

We had a great time at this condo last summer. The owner was easy to communicate with and the unit was perfect for our family. We liked being on the beach side (Safer not to cross the main street) it also had a nice pool and most importantly a hut-tub we used most nights. A few very minor things were broken in the condo but the owner said it would be fixed between renters. Overall an A+++ experience for us. We would definitely rent this unit again. 👍

The condo was great for what we needed. With 3 kids (ages 5-9), there was enough room for all of us to sleep and having a kitchen and washer/dryer was huge. Going out to eat for every meal was outside our budget so this allowed us to get groceries and make most of our breakfasts and lunches.
The location is good. You have a partial view of the ocean and the pool is close by. There are better beaches within a short drive but the one by the condo works too.
Finally, the owner was really responsive which is important in case anything comes up. On the first day we had trouble connecting to the Wi-fi and they responded immediately with a solution.
Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay for the best family vacation we've ever had!

Really great hub for my time on Maui- which included traveling effectively to each corner of the island. Location is super convenient, and the apartment itself comes with everything you need-- it's was very thoughtful designed and the complex itself has a lot of fun unadvertised bonuses (e.g. lawn games, herb garden, rental sports equipment, and live music shows). I found it to be sufficiently spacious for 4 adults (the pull out couch is surprisingly super comfortable). Really a hidden gem among the bunch. I'd be more than happy to come back and stay here again.

Very clean and well taken care of. The grounds were beautiful and the beach access was right outside your room. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a condo with a full kitchen, laundry, pool, and beach on their vacation stay.

This cute little condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach without having to lug it all with you! The lanai was the perfect place for coffee and tea in the morning and cocktails in the evening. It's a short walk to the beach to watch the sunset.
Overall, the location is central enough that it's just a short drive to where ever you want to go...
