The lanai gives you 180-degrees of coastline views which is ideal for both sunrises, sunsets and whale watching (winter only). As you awaken from to startup up your day of adventures you will be greeted by the calming northeastern ocean breezy skies, or watch the sun brighten your day. In the winter you may witness pods of migrating whales.
The fully furnished home includes a full kitchen, along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy HDTV, free WiFi, free onsite parking and private access.

This is our second time staying here. The place was nice, clean and well kept. The views are incredible! We had a wonderful time. Princeville is a great home base for the North Shore and Hanalei is just down the road.

Wow, what a view. We watched the whales and turtles almost everyday. The unit was a little outdated but the view completely made up for that detail. Location was great. Property was clean. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Kauai.

This condo was just what we needed--ample space, a well-equipped kitchen, with ocean AND mountain views. Being able to see the water from the living space and both bedrooms made the stay complete. Our only wish was that the pool also featured a hot tub.

Our experience with Oceanfront was excellent, staff were great however the unit itself is really showing its age and everything just felt a little dusty and worn. From the sofa, to the armchairs, the beds....all just looked faded and old. Paint was peeling badly from the master bedroom door, the kitchen cabinets were aged and many of them unsteady, there was dust on the refrigerator. The place could just do with a big refresh and new furniture and linens. Location is great, views are epic but the unit itself just always felt dingy. Also, the master bed is so soft, so anyone that doesn't like a very soft bed that you fall into, beware. No AC was not an issue, the sea breeze that flows through the place is amazing.As I said, Oceanfront were great to deal with, location is great, but the unit itself is just very worn out.....right down to the very cheap feel plates and cutlery. Would be an epic project to renovate!
