Stayed for the month of March 2023 and would definitely recommend this condo unit as well as Captain Cook property managers. We found the suite clean and well maintained with some extra features like a roomy lanai, big screen TV with cable, dishwasher, garburator, comfortable bed and nice beach chairs. James from Captain Cook was friendly and accommodating. Having security at the building entry provided an added level of comfort. The pool area and bbqs were great and will be even better when the sauna and upper washroom renovations are complete. An overall nice property conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki.

The condo was great. This is the second time we have stayed in this building and we really like its location and security staff. The unit was clean and well-appointed and served our needs well (two people). The Captain Cook personnel were easy to work with and very accommodating. The views were outstanding.

We love staying at Fairway Villa with their great views of the Ala Wai Canal, view of the mountains and ocean, and general location. Love the huge rooftop sun deck and small pool for cooling off. The only reason we gave it 4 stars for location was the supermarket down the block is gone, but I'm hoping it may reopen after construction is done.
