Location and proximity to beaches, restaurants and shopping was great. Unfortunately, as we were on our way we received a text saying the parking lot was being paved and we’d have to park on the main road- which was not even close to the condo. We thought it was strange they didn’t know this in advance. Then we made it inside the condo to discover the AC was not working. Ashley from CB was quick to respond and get someone out to look at the AC. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it and couldn’t get anyone out until the following week. Ashley was willing to let us out of the contract but still charged us the VRBO service fee, half the cleaning fee, and half the nightly rate. This was our 30 year anniversary celebration and we were very disappointed with how things were taken care of. We didn’t do anything wrong but had to bear the cost and be extremely inconvenienced. It would have been nice for CB to absorb the costs instead of passing it off to the renter who did fulfill their end of the bargain. They also couldn’t provide any other options so we had to quickly scramble to find other accommodations which ended up costing more because of the late notice. Ashley was kind but she was at the mercy of the general manager from CB and I can’t recommend this rental or working with Coldwell Banker in the future.

We totally enjoyed our time at the condo. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. We enjoyed using the wagon with beach chairs and umbrellas that was in the condo. So thoughtful to have that for your guests. The condo is decorated very nice. Along with such a great place to stay we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. This was a5 star experience!

When we arrived on Kauai we received a text message saying our unit was ready but that the air conditioning was not working. I called the property manger when we got to the unit. She informed me that they had called a service company to service the air but the earliest they could get it scheduled was for a Thursday (we arrived on a Sunday). They had placed fans in the unit and had opened all the windows. We got lucky in that it turns out that the prior renters had turned the setting down too low and the unit was frozen. By the next morning the unit was working fine and did so for the next 8 days. The only other issue was that the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The showers and the jacuzzi both had hair in them.

The condo has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. The place is gorgeous, is fully stocked with all the supplies one might need, and is within walking distance to Poipu Beach. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, right down to a wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc, for the beach. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier and highly recommend this property.

We had an incredible experience during our stay in Kauai! This property met many of our needs. In addition, our host (Shannon) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort as well!The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves in the distance and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, surrounded by tropical greenery. The location was perfect - walking distance to stunning beaches, and local attractions. This condo is loaded with all the beach necessaries such as chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc. Ultimately, I can't recommend this condo enough. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to returning to Kauai and potentially staying here again. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, spacious condominium. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were fully stocked with towels. The kitchen was excellent, and the two TVs had full streaming entertainment. The unit was spotless. Another feature that we very much enjoyed was the beach wagon that we were able to walk to the beach with. There were also beach chairs and towels and equipment. We highly recommend!

Loved the property! The condo is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need for the beach! It is right by the smaller pool and hot tub and we had it to ourselves most nights after a day out on the island. Poipu was the perfect location for our March stay. Lots of really good snorkeling/beaches within 5 min of the house. We all enjoyed it!

We loved staying on the south side of the island. The condo was perfect for our needs. About a 7 to 10 minute walk to the beach but the wagon with chairs and umbrellas made it easy.

The condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. There was plenty of room, with a well equipped kitchen, and beautifully decorated. Definitely walkable to beaches, but also has a pool & hot tub just steps away. Parking was super easy and close by. We also loved staying in Poipu in the winter, which made it easy to get to Waimea, or to the airport & north shore. Would happily stay again!Final callout - major kudos to Shannon! Our smoke detector battery died and it started chirping loudly at 5pm on a Friday. Shannon battled ugly traffic from Kapa'a to pick up a battery and drive it out to us. Amazing and thank you!!

Regency Poipu is ideal location for our family vacation, walking distance to beach. Super convenient the condo comes with all the beach gear and a handy wagon for transport. Unit 711 is ground floor, spacuous, and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped, however it could use large storage containers. Would highly recommend both this rental and the property management company was great also.

We probably have never vacationed at such a nice, luxurious property before. All the comforts of home. Our kids loved the nearby small pool and hot tub. We also ventured to the nearby natural bridge, 10 minute walk to the south tip of the island. Waimea Canyon and hiking above Na Pali Coast, mind blowing. Very memorable stay for the whole family, what more you can ask for?

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is actually larger than it appeared in the pictures with plenty of room for me and my adult children, and we all slept comfortably. The condo has high-quality furnishings and decor, and we particularly loved the plantation-style shutters and two lanais! Everything we needed for the beach was available with a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches in the area along the paved path. There are also two lovely swimming pools right near the unit. It is a 5 minute drive to a shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Historic Koloa town is also close by with shopping, a few restaurants, and food trucks. The location on the south side was convenient to Waimea Canyon and ~30 minutes to airport. We were able to explore the east/north side conveniently too as the island is small. We loved our visit and hope to return again someday! Mahalo.
