The elevator was a nice bonus as my wife has some challenges with stairs. The grandchildren visited us and the last day and enjoyed both the fresh water and sea water pools. The courtyard and water garden were a real pleasure to walk through and view from above.

Excellent location, well-appointed kitchen, and comfortable furniture made for a very relaxing stay. The property grounds were meticulously cared for, and the pools on site were fantastic. Will be back in the future.

I think I found a little gem if a place in Kona! Just far a few mins south of town, it’s so easier to get in, out and about from the location. The grounds are very well kept and right on the water. Watched the sunset on the sand area every evening of my stay! The building is a little older but in good shape. The unit itself is well equipped with everything you’ll need. I would recommend a quick inventory check for visitors before a grocery haul to avoid double buying condiments, etc. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. When I return I definitely want to remember this spot! Mahalo!

We had a great stay and the property was just as advertised. Beautiful location with easy access to Kona. Beautiful ocean views. There was limited parking behind the locked gate, if we came back late we'd have to park outside the gate, but there was plenty of parking outside the gate. The room had everything we needed. There was even several rubermaid containers that we could put food in and keep in the fridge for the following day. Bed and all furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. We would consider staying here again if we come back to Kona. The location was private and quite.

Is this really a 5 star accommodation? Nope, but 4 stars wouldn't do it justice and I can't give it partial stars. If you are looking for the type of place where there is a fully stocked kitchen with condiments in the fridge then this is your type of place. There was a closet in the bathroom which was stocked with stuff like snorkel gear, beach towels etc. Also it contained items that were probably left behind by guests but were still usable like bottles of sunscreen, shampoo, shaving cream, laundry detergent etc. So, check it before you head to the store. Doing so would have saved us some money. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you would need. Even a rice cooker. There were several gas grills in the common area down by the seaside salt water pool. There was even a washer and dryer which was a huge convenience. The AC worked but when the fan was set to medium or high it was very loud. When set to low however it was relatively quiet and had no trouble keeping the unit cool. Honestly though we mostly shut it off and left the lanai door open. There were ceiling fans in every room and with the door open you could hear the ocean. So, the AC is there if you want it but you really don't need it. One thing to note is that due to the design of the building. Even with the elevators, this 3rd floor unit is not really wheelchair accessible. There are place where you have to walk up a few (like 3 steps) stairs. We wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again.

Cute, clean, comfy little condo! Made good use of the kitchen and of course the lanai. Management was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Love the location of the Casa. Beautiful landscape, two pools, BBQs, small sandy area close to saltwater pool. We have stayed there two different times. Always quiet and peaceful. Each unit has a balcony. We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit both times. And both were close to the elevator. Both units had king beds, a nice size bathroom with double vanity and nice shower. The kitchens were both well equipped and we cooked meals several times. Beds were comfortable. Both units we stayed in were decorated nicely. The living room wicker furniture, in our most recent stay, looked great but was fairly low and difficult to get up but we are in our 70s and this comment is subjective. Love the facility, had quick response anytime we called with a problem usually regarding the televisions. But we would definitely stay there again.

Older unit but perfect size for 2 people. Great location close to beaches, shops and restaurants. Grounds keepers keep everything immaculate. We enjoyed the salt water pool right by the ocean. Perfect place to watch the sunsets and listen to the residents sound their conch shells signaling sunset.

This Condo is in a great location. You can go into town quickly and walk or drive to beaches. The kitchen was well stocked. There were TONS of towels, including beach towels. They also had shampoo, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, beach chairs, etc…. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. The location is quiet, the unit has AC and the bed was comfortable. There is a convenience/Liquor store within about 100 feet - very convenient. Appreciated all the small and helpful touches and the welcome note and gift - very nice! Would definitely stay here again.
