Great stay! Everything was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to go to the hot tub and pool that was a quick walk from the condo. Having A/C was a huge plus as the temperature was quite warm the first couple days of our stay. Would suggest putting some hooks on the walls of the bedroom that has a locked closet as well as a privacy screen in the room with a twin bed. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing, Vacation Realty! Thanks.

I don’t know where to start with this review. The house was amazing; clean, cool, charming and a great home base for my family. We had my two children and their spouses, including one grandchild, and we were so comfortable in this space. The view from the porches were stunning, and the walk to the pool was only 30 seconds. The pool had a certain cinematic feeling to the view; the mountains and trees in the distance were something from a movie and did not feel real. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Aubrey, and she was so incredibly nice and accommodating. From giving us fantastic recommendations to providing a car seat for our grandchild, Aubrey and her team were top notch. The house was so clean and comfortable, with nice touches throughout like a welcome package with local chocolate! The garage had all of the essentials for a beach day including a cooler, chairs, pool noodles, and boogie boards. The beaches were so close, Hanalei Bay (a 6 minute drive) had our favorite beach with incredible views of the mountains and the pier. The town of Hanalei, only about 5 minuets away by car, was so cute and full of shopping, restaurants, and things to do. Princeville was a little closer and had a great grocery store, shopping and shaved ice! Overall this was a wonderful experience and we will definitely book this house again the next time we visit Kauai!

Our family of six were very comfortable in this lovely condo. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking and dining supplies. The location of the condo is awesome. There is a one building walk to the pool. The pool is stunningly beautiful. The complex was very calm and peaceful. There is a great walking path around the golf course just down the street. I walked thirty minutes down to the coast to view the ocean. If you are adventurous, there is a path with ropes to help navigate down the cliff to Hideaways Beach. The location is primo to access activities at the North Shore. The drive to the East, South, and West Shores is enjoyable as everywhere you travel there is beauty. The property management was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. We needed more bath supplies and they provided these items very quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

We have been to Kauai before and we have stayed in this condo complex (Nihilani) before, but this is the first time we have stayed in this particular unit, 33A, and the first time we have rented through Vacation Realty Hawaii. Our family of 6 adults were very happy and comfortable here. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. The condo is large, and the location is private, quiet, and close to the pool. There is a shared driveway with two other condos, so it is mandatory that you park in the garage to prevent blocking the garages of the other condos. As others have said, the condo owner's jeep is in the garage, so there is only room for parking one car. We rented a Honda Pilot and it fit in the garage. I found that backing the car into the garage was easier for entering and exiting the garage. It was not a problem.During our stay Stephanie from Vacation Realty Hawaii came to condo for an issue. Stephanie was very nice and very kind. We enjoyed talking with her.We are grateful and appreciative to have stayed here. We would definitely stay here again. We would also rent through Vacation Realty Hawaii again. Vacation Realty Hawaii made the process easy, and they returned our security deposit on time. Thank you.

They were easy to work with and kept in touch with us when necessary. The microwave was broken but they provided a back up while it was being fixed. The only issue we had was that there wasn’t a broom anywhere. We have five children and needed to sweep every day ( sand, cheerios, etc) We reached out to them and they left one along with a mop and some cleaner the next day.
All 7 of us had a bed to sleep in and overall it was a great place to call home base. Our favorite beach was Hanalei Bay Beach, just a 5-8 min drive down the road from the condo. Overall we loved our stay.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 teenagers and grandpa. The jack and Jill bathroom was nice between the 2 queen bedrooms. The master bath was large, so many of us could get ready at the same time. Half bath downstairs was great to have. Quiet neighborhood, very clean and safe feeling location. The bed without a door was not a deal breaker- there were a lot of spaces to put clothes and change for whoever was in that space. We appreciated the ability to use the beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a 7 passenger van, and it fit in the garage- tight squeeze, but it fit. Quick drive to Hanalei bay- which quickly became our kids favorite beach. Nice area to walk or run in the morning. Large grassy park with playground just up the road. Washer and dryer were so nice to have in the condo! We didn’t have to use the AC that much with the nice fans and ability to open lanai and balcony doors. Would definitely stay here, again.

We loved Kauai and Princeville. The property was nice and in a great location, close to Hanalei and some amazing beaches. The home was roomy and perfect for our family of 7. Our kids liked going to the hot tub in the evenings and it was nice that it was so close. The only trouble we had was that the refrigerator in the kitchen didn’t work and I reached out to the property manager twice about it and she did not get back to us about it. Luckily there is a small refrigerator in the garage that we were able to use but we didn’t have ice for our drinks all week. Also the dryer is extremely loud, there must be an issue with it. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

This is a great property for a family of 6. 2 Elderly adults stayed in the King Bedroom, 1 elder stayed in a Queen room, 2 kids shared the other Queen and I stayed in the Single bed. Please note this single bed is in a hallway room without a door but the bed was comfortable. Maybe a partition would be a nice addition just for some privacy. Overall the Place was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beach chairs and boogie boards. There was an issue with the fridge inside being brand new but not working so we were given a small fridge and cooler in the garage. Not ideal but we made the best of the situation. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice and spacious condo. Very quiet. Very nice walking around neighborhood. My kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beach chairs were a great bonus. The cleaning fee was pretty high. We did not think it was clean enough for what we paid. The coffee pot was pretty dirty (we had to clean it) and the kitchen floor was not very clean. The rolled up beach towels on our beds were nice, but they were all damp still when we arrived.

Great place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool and hot tub area. There's also a grocery store, gas station and a couple shops just outside the neighborhood. Near Queen's Bath and just a 10 minutes drive down to Hanalei Bay, the picturesque beach town with lots of shops and views. Honestly my favorite beach of the island.In the garage they had beach chairs, a cooler, large canopy for shade, an umbella (on its last leg), some goggles for snorkeling and a few body boards.I will have to say, the surf boards in the pictures incentivized me to pick this specific place over another because we wouldn't have to rent any surf boards for the week. Sounds great... Only to find out we aren't allowed to use them because they are the owners. Misleading for sure.Besides that, the place was very clean, property managers were responsive and kind. They also gave us a parking pass for the second vehicle we had, put out a pack n' play, and a high chair or our 2 year old.Overall, great trip.

Overall experience was OK. Would have been great if a couple of things were different. Liked that the unit slept 7 - was a factor in renting this unit over similar units that only slept 6. Things that would have made the stay better: The upstairs tub had trouble draining. Master suite shower also had trouble draining - and this caused the caulk in the shower to be dark and mildewed. Very gross. The carpet downstairs needs replacing, it had many dirty marks on it. There was another dirty spot in the carpet at the top of the stairs. Was surprised there was so much carpet in such a humid place - makes it hard to keep up, I would guess. Chairs around circular table were way old, and some were broken. Really sunk down when sat on a couple of the chairs. Felt underneath and they had no support. Went to great lengths to highlight 7 towels, wash clothes, but there were no dish towels - just paper towels. Would think adding a couple of dish towels would help. Reached out to the management company about parking for a separate vehicle, they got back to me by text promptly. Would only recommend to a friend who needed to sleep 7, but only if the shower, tub, chairs and carpet were fixed or changed. If was in same condition next time I would not recommend to a friend as the problems outlined made the stay less satisfying.

The condo was in a great neighborhood but the downfall is the parking. The owner keeps a jeep parked in the garage. The shared driveway is connected to three other units. Making the turn to park in the garage a nightmare. Getting out of the driveway is a challenge as well. The owner needs to move his jeep!! Especially at the rate, he's charging for the entire unit.
The unit is spacious but the condition is not up to par. The carpets are heavily trafficked with stains. The single bed is very springy. The first bedroom on the left has a rock-hard bed. The owner's suite has a lumpy bed. The sheets on the beds were hard and not very comfortable.
The owner's shower does not drain and there was hair floating around. The tile floors in the bathroom felt greasy. The second bathroom upstairs had hair on the walls and didn't look or feel clean.
The vents looked like mold was coming out and were very dusty. Overall we would never stay here again!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. I highly recommend walking down to Queen's Bath; it was the highlight of my trip. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. Dishes in the cupboard and coffee maker were dirty. Kitchen sink faucet was crusty and my friends had to wash the towels in the bathroom prior to use.

We rented the house due to 5 adults and was largest unit we could find. I have stayed in Nihilani 13 times in past 10 years. Showers had mildew which was disappointing and unnecessary. Master bed and den bed did not have top sheets. We had to call to request someone to come out. Owner kept their keep in the garage which made parking our minivan difficult. Owner should remediate those things.

We love staying in Princeville and this condo is a great value. Impeccably clean. Spacious. Comfortable beds with very nice linens. There is an office alcove inside the master where our 5 year old ended up sleeping to be near us.
The pool is right next to the unit. Unfortunately, it was closed for maintenance so we were unable to use it and can’t comment on whether you would hear noise from it. However, the signs indicate it closes at 9pm.
There were boogy boards, sand toys and a cooler for us to use in the garage. A nice goody basket was left in the kitchen.
The one thing I would mention is that the owner’s Jeep is in the garage. The angle from which you need to drive into the garage makes it super tight without an inch to spare. Luckily we had a mini van with sliding side doors. Not sure we could have opened a regular passenger door. But honestly, it’s such a great spot, it wouldn’t deter us from renting again.

Our family spent the Holidays in Kauai and this was a perfect home to stay together. Nice garden view off the back porch (quiet and lots of birds chirping) to have your morning coffee. The unit was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience!
