We had a amazing time during our stay. Easy to follow instructions and property management is super easy to communicate with. The views are outstanding!! Only issue is that the bedroom window is eye level with the walking trail and literally hundreds of people walk by both day and middle of the night (3:00am) with flashlights. I would rent another unit that does not have this much traffic in front of the bedroom. No privacy whatsoever. The windows have a light tint but you still can see inside the bedroom from the outside.

We had an amazing stay here in Kapalua. The view from the bedroom is heavenly and so relaxing. We spent majority of our time upstairs with the view vs downstairs. The close location to Oneloa beach and the coastal trail cannot be beat. Loved walking the trail each morning to grab coffee at Honoloa store. The beach is very private and perfect for boogie boarding. We also walked to Kapalua beach for amazing snorkeling. Will definitely be back. Stayed at many places on the island and this has been our favorite. Thank you for a great stay.

This was nice, just not what I expected when it comes to the experience that I was getting this through a company and not an individual person. Because of that, the experience wasn’t as personal as I would have liked. I even received real estate emails from the company. There was a pre printed note about items that were left for us noting a beach tote however there was no beach tote. The place was very clean. The windows in the master room could use some cleaning (end windows) on the outside so the view can be enjoyed. Overall this was a nice place.

Clean, nicely furnished. You will want for nothing at this lovely Bay Villa unit. The unit is so well-stocked that there is no need to stop at the grocery store prior to checking in. The host included many thoughtful items which were very appreciated. Communication with the host was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at KBV. The views are amazing, and the accommodations gave us enough room to spread out for an at-home feel. Close to the beach and several Kapalua restaurants and only about a 15 minute drive to Lahaina area. The only down side to this unit is that there is a fairly busy coastal hiking trail that passes in front of the condo (hikers can see into both levels from the trail - but there are blinds for privacy). The condo was stocked with pretty much everything you would need for a short trip and the property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a great location near hiking trails and beaches. Every Morning you can wake up and see the sunrise. We would have coffee and breakfast on the patio and see the beautiful ocean. The view from the upstairs picture window was such a treat.-nothing but blue water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location and the view. Our only issue was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. It was the cheapest mattress they could possibly buy. Very hard. Not firm, but hard with no support at all. We had to buy a memory foam mattress topper to make it even possible to sleep on. When I told the property manager Kim this she was very condescending in her response and told me it was a new mattress and that I was just used to soft mattresses and most people like a firm mattress. So hopefully you enjoy beautiful views while sleeping on a rock. If so then this is the place for you. If not then there are for sure many other condos in the same area that have spent just a little more money for a nicer mattress for the condo. I should have booked one of those. That’s on me for trying to save a little.

The unit is in a quite location along Kapalua Bay, close to some of Maui's most beautiful beaches (within walking distance if you're up for a short hike). The views from the living room and upstairs bedroom were outstanding. The place itself was clean and fully equipped. Bring your own beach equipment. Highly recommended.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bay Villas! You can't beat the access to some of the islands' best beaches or the quiet neighborhood feel that the villas offer. We have stayed in the area before and will certainly be back! This particular unit worked well for my husband and myself on our babymoon to Maui! Our only challenge was a very uncomfortable master bed. We were able to find an extra mattress topper and used beach towels to help with padding - but this mattress needs to be retired.
