Everything was exactly as described and offered. No air conditioner was a little much for weather but spent most of the day out. It cools down with the breeze in the late evening. Would definitely stay again! Family enjoyed playing tennis. Beaches are near by. Having washer and dryer was amazing for this family of 6. Property management very responsive and communication was excellent!

We absolutely loved this condo! Had plenty of room for the 6 of us! It had everything we needed to have a enjoyable vacation, lots of snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella and coolers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We have been to Kona many times and this home was by far the best we have stayed at. Rental company was easy to contact and responds quickly to your questions. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!

We took our family (3 kids, 2 in-laws) here for a week long vacation. We knew the view would be great but this condo was so much more! Tons of water toys and games. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Washer and dryer. Great pool and tennis courts. We were centrally located but outside of “downtown” enough for peace and quiet. Above all Blake and his team were excellent, great communication, quick responses, very accommodating, and fantastic recommendations. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Not having AC was our main concern as the fans didn't cool the unit enough even when all the windows (screen closed) are open at night. We had to prop open one of the bathroom sinks to drain the water as there was not way to open the drain. Although we were religious about putting away food, and cleaning up after eating, we had to deal with some big cockroaches. We don't know where they were coming from. We ended up not using the loft as the biggest cockroach came from there.

The property was well stocked and very clean. I appreciate the well stocked kitchen, because being able to cook meals is important to me when traveling with a large group of people. There is nothing worse after a long day of travel, than showing up to a vacation rental that had no soap, toilet paper, or any other basic supplies on hand. This property had everything and we very much appreciate it. I also appreciated the extra pillows, linens, towels, and beach towels. The online description was very accurate and described the property well. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We had a great vacation at this property. It was perfect for our family of 8. There was no elevator and it is on the third floor, so just be aware you will need to lug your luggage upstairs. It was closely located to Keauhou bay where we took several great excursions from. There is a grocery store nearby. We used the pool, tennis courts, and grill at the complex. It was very quiet and peaceful here. The condo was well equipped. No air conditioning but the ocean breezes kept it comfortable enough. Wonderful sunset views at night! Great property!

We couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. The communications prior to our arrival were complete with all the information neccesary to make our arrival to Kona and the property easy. The property is exactly as described. This unit has everything you need to make your Hawaii vacation effortless. The location is quiet, but convienent to stores, restuarants and shopping. We drove to Hapuna Beach & Kua Bay for an afternoon and the drive was easy. The condo is equipped for everything you need to hit the beach, or cook a great meal at home. The owners are very gracious hosts, thinking about all the things one would need during their stay. We would defintely stay here again.

Came to Kona for Ironman Race, Great location about 5 miles from race central. Many other athletes staying at complex as well so great talks at pool side. Convenient location to get down town but not overwhelmed by racers.

Highly recommend this beautiful condo for your trip to Kona! Being oceanfront is the way to go, enjoyed the amazing views throughout the day - sunsets were spectacular. The condo was equipped with everything you could need plus more (fully stocked kitchen, large selection of beach accessories). There is no AC but we loved the slide open glass doors in the main room and master, lots of ocean breeze. We swam in the pool and used the outdoor grills. A bit of a drive from Waikoloa beaches but lots to explore in the immediate area. Kitchen tip - make sure you wiped down the counters every night and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. In short, if you are debating which rental to pick, this is the one! Can’t wait to go back - enjoy the Big Island!!

We could not have been happier with our choice of stay on the Big Island. We arrived rather late on the evening of our reservation. When we walked out on the Lanai and saw the stars ever so bright as we listened to the sounds od the ocean, we knew we had chosen a winner. The facilities were absolutely wonderful with the owners providing everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We hope to be back for a longer stay sometime.

Beautiful resort and property but the view is even better! First trip to big Island and would come back and stay here again! I picked this for the view and it was even better than the pictures. We ate every meal on the lanai with a view of the ocean and even spotted whales a few times!

I wouldn't change a thing about our trip or the accommodations at KKSR. 2-303 has an amazing lani with perfect views, sunsets are breathtaking, I can't think of a better way to start and end a busy day exploring HI. The condo is very well stocked for cooking and beach adventures. We used the beach chairs, cooler, racquets which are all provided, this saved us a lot since we would have purchased or rented similar gear. Small things like grill baskets, and a nice blender were things we really appreciated. The layout was perfect for our family of 4, including two teens. As for the resort, the pool was clean and well maintained, the grounds were clean and well kept. We used the grilling area, the pool, courts, and the adjacent beach while on our trip. This was our first time visiting the Big Island and after seeing other areas and resorts, I am very happy with our choice. When we come back, we plan to stay here again.

The view from the lanai was irresistible the entire time we stayed. The layout of the condo also worked well for 5 adults and the overall aesthetic was amazing (art, furniture, decor). The condo also was equipped with beach gear, racquets, and more. It was well supplied for our almost two week stay. The grounds of the condominiums were a nice perk as well. Great pool, immaculate tennis courts, groomed landscaping. I would stay here again in a heart beat. The location was a bit further than from downtown than I have stayed before but it was close to Magic Sands beach, a shopping center, farmers market, and easy access to south of Kona. There is no AC in the unit but we never felt we needed it given the breeze from the ocean and all the fans in the place. That shouldn’t hold anyone back from booking this awesome place!

I stayed at the property for a small family gathering and was blown away by how this property truly exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful than pictured. From the top floor (third floor) of this private condo building, the property offers scenic ocean-front view, a well-stocked pantry, stacked washer and dryer, and enough space for a family to spread out between the three bedrooms - one of which was a king bed in the loft area! The unit is bright and spacious with a number of strong ceiling fans and end-to-end windows, which helps to circulate air as there is no air conditioning. This wasn’t a problem for us as we’re used to the heat but other guests may wish to use the standing fans that are provided for some extra cooling. I definitely hope to be back again soon!

This is a beautiful and quiet property, close enough to Kona but away from the traffic and noise. Lanai had plenty of seating for unbeatable sunset viewing. Owners thoughtfully provided beach chairs, towels and a well- stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.
