was basically a good experience . many pluses about this condo with only a couple negative . older building is quite noisy . people and cars coming and going roosters crowing . lots of stomping from the unit above us . other than that it was pretty good

We could not have stayed in a more perfect place. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the breeze that blew, especially at night, made for great sleeping.
My mother has mobility issue. She could sit on the Lania looking out over the ocean and pool.
The location of the unit was perfect. There is a beautiful walking trail along the ocean that provided great access to Kapaa. I would highly recommend a stay here.

This was our second stay in this unit. Two couples, one 60+, the other 35+). It is spacious, for when we all needed our own space, but also great for family meals and game night, too! So convenient to the beach, walking/running paths and easy access to all parts of the island.
The kitchen is well appointed, and the on-site gas grills are a great amenity. The lanai closet has a great selection of beach and pool toys.

I actually liked that there was no air conditioning, the breeze was lovely and fans in the place were nice if there wasn't a breeze. We really enjoyed that there were boogie boards and snorkle things so we didn't have to rent anything! The beach was great. The first part of our trip, it was the best on island, sand covered the rocks, second half of trip the rocks were exposed so boogie boarding wasn't great, too much of a chance hitting rocks. It is a protected beach so it was nice to just float in the water. The sand on this beach is unlike others, not fine so you can't make sand castles very well, it doesn't stick to everything and was lovely feel to your feet. We liked the pool, nice size and warmer than the ocean, nice to go from ocean to pool. The place was beautiful, great place for taking portraits. Parking was close and easy, condo had everything we needed. Washer and Dryer in unit was nice, we used it more than I thought we would, helpful to just wring out swimsuits so they dried faster.

My daughter and I did a last minute booking to Kauai. We wanted to stay centrally located since we were only on the island for 4 days. This place was perfect for that! We were able to see most of the island without a long drive in any direction. The unit was super clean, well stocked without being over stocked. There were beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and everything we needed. The complex is really well maintained and located within walking distance of some great places to eat, such as Lava Lava and other places. We would highly recommend this unit! The manager was great and responded to our needs immediately!

Everything about this property was amazing! The hosts instructions were super easy to follow, and even though we arrive really late at night, we had no problem getting into our unit. The only negative was that the weather was really hot and humid and the unit did not have any air conditioning, which I know is pretty common for beachfront properties. But overall would definitely recommend.

Great location. Although no a/c, rooms and condo were very comfortable with opened windows/screens with fresh air. A bit noisy in early am morning with the birds chirping but after a few days easy to get used to. Good amenities, including beach chairs, boogie boards and cooler. Great to have in-unit laundry.

Furniture a bit dated and could use more color, in fabric and wall hangings.Pocket door in bathroom hard to unlock and screen door to deck needs repair (hard to open and close).OCan't get decent picture on tv when use, could be tv cable box or modem. I can’t express enough how perfect this unit was for my family. The views were amazing and when it rained I could still sit on the covered lanai and read. The unit itself had everything we needed. It was clean, and even had extra beach towels which is something I don’t always see at beach units, so I very much appreciated that. The agent was quick to respond and always helpful when we had questions. We all enjoyed the pool and it was great to have eye’s view of it from the lanai. There was someone out by the pool every morning cleaning it. Very well cared for grounds. The grounds of the property are really stunning. It is also a 3 minute walk to the nearby shopping area and farmer’s market. I would recommend this unit and this location time and time again. Thank you for providing the perfect spot for our family vacation.

I would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect! Walking distance to dining right on the beach, great breakfast place, farmer’s market and cute shops and market. The view from the balcony was perfect. We could just sit outside and relax with an amazing ocean view!

This condo is perfectly located in the Kapaa area, with great access to all parts of the island. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
The master bedroom with king bed is roomy and comfy with nice bedding, and the cool winter breeze made a/c unnecessary. The second bedroom with queen bed was equally comfortable.
Having a washer and dryer inside the unit is important to us, as we spend several weeks in Hawaii and need to do laundry a few times while there. So we appreciated having that as an amenity.
We’d absolutely recommend this unit, and would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful! I hope to come again! The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. There is a really big beach & a beach restaurant about 20 yards away on a path that follows the shore (to the left of the pool, you can do it barefoot). Follow the path a bit further and you can walk to a market of shops, groceries, restaurants, snorkel rental and/or schedule stuff to do. The condo was clean, neat and comfortable for 2 teens and 2 parents. Smart tv and internet worked fine. My 13 year old loved the pool and beach! Beach towels supplied were great too!

My family of four had an amazing experience in Kauai at Lae Nani 222. We stayed for 10 days and the property more than met our expectations. The location and view are unbelievable. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Equal distance to the South and North end of the island. AWESOME views from the balcony! Krisha w the property management group was very responsive and provided all the info we needed on a timely basis. She was a very warm host. Loved our view from the lanai! Had access to ocean and a pool which was lovely and close to so many food options! Close to the airport and also easy to drive up north for a day or south for the day. Host very responsive when we had an issue with the tv. No A/C I think but fans helped during the night to stay cool

This was a great location for our family of four, which includes two kids under 5. The property itself has everything you need to relax - pool, beach, beach equipment etc. Also very conveniently located with restaurants/bars near by. Beaches on north and south side are within an hour of drive. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend Lae Nani 222! Accommodations were perfect and we had everything we needed, most importantly an amazing view. Perfect location - tons of restaurants and markets and 35 minutes to the north and south of the island. The property is beautifully maintained. Be sure to walk through the grounds next door to the Lava Lava Beach club for a cocktail and appetizers on the beach - the beach below the restaurant is great for riding the waves.

This property is wonderful. The view online does not do it justice. You can sit on the lani, see the waves and hear them crash. It was so peaceful. It’s close to grocery stores, etc.
