This is a fully tropically decorated condo and beautiful throughout. The gardens surrounding the condos are lush and gorgeous. It’s really nice having private beach access to Mauni Launi Beach Club at Makaiwa Bay. Nice cove beach and snorkeling. We wil be back again!

We had a week long stay as a couple and really enjoyed the location of this condo. So close to excellent beaches and access to the beach club was definitely a plus. The pool and hot tub area were a nice addition for end of the day relaxing. The condo was spotless and we enjoyed having our meals out on the lanai.

The complex is lush and beautiful, and the unit itself is perfect! The furnishings are very nice with a comfortable couch and chairs, nice large screen tv, and kitchen has everything you need (including a wine fridge!). The pool is a tropical oasis and we loved hanging out and cooling off in the afternoon after a day at the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas worked well (no broken zippers on the chairs!). We’ll definitely return!

This is probably one of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. The location is great and condo is beautiful. It was spotless and really felt like home. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and walking all the trails. Anything and everything we needed was in the condo. We only wish we had another week in beautiful HI.

This is our 4th time staying in this condo...so we obviously love it! It's immaculately clean upon arrival, the property manager is responsive when needed (didn't need them), and the owner is great about replacing older things with newer well in advance of need -- this year a brand new fridge and couch! The condo is quiet, nearest to the beach, the pool is wonderful (and never crowded), and the grounds are simply spectacular...a tropical paradise! We love it here and recommend it wholeheartedly! Very nice condo -- we had a wonderful time. Comfortable and quiet. Extremely well equipped -- owners have thought of everything you might need, and then some! The kitchen is nicely laid out, and the whole unit is very well lit inside, which we appreciate.
The garage is a bit small, as they note, but we had no problem parking our rental car in there (a Nissan Sentra). We used the wifi for some streaming, and I used it for some work, and it worked fine for us.
The pool is small but very nice and just a few steps away. Note that the beach is about a 15 minute walk which takes you through a very cool historic park across an ancient lava flow. There are some wonderful restaurants nearby -- owners can provide excellent advice on these.

We spent a wonderful three days H-3 Palm Villas. The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated, and well-stocked. The unit is located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood of other villas. The pool is a 2-minute walk from the condo and the beach is a 12-15 minute walk. Access to the Mauna Lani beach is one of the main benefits of staying at this condo. The beach is in a scenic location and is well-protected from the currents, allowing for some excellent snorkeling. There is also a small shopping area with a grocery store (Foodland) located less than 1/2 mile from the condo. Lastly, the owners were helpful and responsive.

We’ve stayed in many condos on the Big Island over the years and this is by far the best decorated one. It is a lovely unit with impeccable furnishings. The condo has no steps and is perfect for disabled travelers. It is well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. From kitchen appliances to baby needs, they have it all. The garage has snorkel gear, beach chairs, and pool toys. When you stay at the Palm Billas, you have access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with a white, sandy beach that has easy entry. It is a favorite for families because children can easily play in the water with ankle lapping waves. We can’t wait to stay there again.

The prior glowing reviews of this condo are accurate! We really enjoyed our stay. I’ll try to hit a few highlights that I didn’t see in prior reviews:
1. The condo smells so fresh and clean-just very welcoming arrival.
2. The entire community is beautifully maintained. I saw people working on upkeep every day-it’s maintained to a high standard.
3. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful (as mentioned in prior reviews but I felt I had to reiterate!) It’s clear they take pride in their property and their level of service.
4. The pool was fantastic! It’s a very short walk and just beautiful and relaxing (even better than the pictures). Our kids loved it!
5. The community is very quiet and tranquil. It was a very peaceful stay, even with lots of families with kids. Everyone we met was very friendly!
One thing we did that enhanced our stay was to rent a golf cart from resort carts, which was very easy to park in the garage. This made trips to the beach club and grocery store very fun. Our kids were constantly asking to be taken on rides around the resort. The cart was pricy, but worth it.
I could go on, but you get the picture. Overall we really loved this place and would enthusiastically recommend it!

Well equipped and nicely decorated condo. All the beach gear included is a great bonus - towels, sand toys, umbrella, snorkel equipment (even for kids!), beach chairs, cooler. There didn’t seem to be AC in one of the rooms. The place only has one window (the sliding glass doors) and it feels dark and doesn’t have much of a view. Access into the Mauna Lani beach club and the beach in front of the resort was the best part. Also nice pool at the villa complex.

Your home on the Kohala coast is everything advertised and more. First of all, it was nice not having to purchase tp,paper towels,dish soap,laundry detergent etc. It’s all there. This is the last unit at the end of the complex and it really is quiet. Bird songs in the morning on the lanai with coffee is wonderful. Also had some geckos chirping. The pool was great in the afternoon after a morning of great snorkeling at the private beach club. Wonderful paved footpath from complex to private beach also, that meanders through lava fields and fish ponds. Restaurant at beach club also makes a great mai tai. You are minutes away from wonderful beach’s. We visited beach 69 , world famous Hapuna, Mauna Kea, and a hidden gem,Mau’umae. Two Step, south of Kona is GREAT! Snorkeling. We did take advantage of the new Viking grill on the lanai most evenings. What a luxury. Forgot to mention,they do have air conditioning,but the first thing we did was turn it off. Open the windows and sliders and turn on the fans to enjoy the fragrance of Palm Villas . One more very important thing. Book EARLY as it sells out fast.

We love this condo; we've stayed there 5 times and have next year's visit reserved already! Spotlessly clean upon arrival, fully equipped, adjacent to historic preserve and short walk to shore or resort beach. The Palm Villas are a nice little enclave of attractive condos with impeccable landscaping and a wonderful private pool.
