Hale Kamaole is the perfect location between Wailea and Kihei. Our condo was convenient to the beaches and major connecting roads. The only negative was the absence of beach chairs and umbrellas that have always been available in the past for us to use.

We had a wonderful stay on Maui. The condo was clean, very nicely updated, and it had everything we needed. Loved that it was close to the beaches and a short walk to shops. The pool and BBQ pits were wonderful. We will for sure be back.

The condo was fine. It is better than the pictures show.The carpet could use either a good cleaning or replacement. I also suggest providing a couple of beach chairs and an umbrella.I would stay here again.

My granddaughter and I stayed at the complex and enjoyed our time very much. I noticed how clean the grounds were kept and barbecue area and pool area. thanks so much! Our unit was clean and the bed was so comfy! Perfect location to the beach, pool, shopping. Wonderful holiday!

The property was clean and check in was easy. This unit does need to have the dishes, pots and pans and silverware replaced. What is there is in bad shape. Also the TV is a joke. It’s a very small TV by today’s standards. My only other complaint is that the internet service in this unit was terrible. It was just me using it and it was constantly freezing streaming shows and quitting completely. I had to reboot the system numerous times.

It was perfect. Beach across the street and beaches miles to the left and right. Shops, restaurants, gas and everything in-between 2 minutes by car. 2 swimming pools and charcoal and propane grills. Staff and guests were extremely friendly. Will definitely book again hopefully in the very near future.

Good thing weather is good this unit is a disaster. We have been coming to this complex 8 years and this was by far the worst unit we have seen. Living room Carpet is filthy with spills and oil stains, bedroom carpet also multiple spill stains as well. Tile floor is jagged and sharp where it meets carpet had to place a towel over it so we didn't cut our feet. Stovetop was disgusting filthy and had to clean it to use it. Fridge freezer door opens into a wall so opening is about 4" making it near impossible to get food in or out. Dishwasher sounded like a lawnmower and air conditioning stopped working twice but Staff did attend promptly to resolve the issues. Safe was broken and unfixable. Had to buy our own glasses, only little juice glasses in unit. Nothing plastic to use at BBQ or pool. The umbrella and beach chairs broken. Sofa was ok but chairs and basket chair are broken and very unstable, maybe ok for a child, and again quite dated. Bright side new bathroom and looks like have started kitchen upgrade but 30 year old Low lanai chairs so looking at railing while outside, should be higher to take advantage of a small ocean view. Co-op should be checking these units prior to renting them out. Any review on these units they rent out is a negative on a beautiful location. My opinion either don't rent the unit until it is up to standard or drop the price to $150.00/day so the renter doesn't feel they have been duped.

The AC went out but was fixed quickly, for some reason the keypad did not work on the door but they were quick to give us a key to use instead. Amazing location, great pool. The unit was a little dated and need a little more TLC but overall great stay.
