Everything was great with the unit. The location is perfect and we were glad it had the restaurant/bar downstairs. Great beach location and rental equipment. The unit was very clean and provided with good essentials. The only thing we would have to say is that it needs updating. It really needs a new couch and a new bed. Loved that it has two bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Greet location and the one bedroom had 2 bathrooms which was a plus. The kitchen area was clean and came in handy. We were able to pick up groceries to make breakfast and late night snacks. Only downside was it was noisy at night and the couch was very outdated and scratchy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms and abundant hot water.

Getting up every morning with a beautiful ocean view, only if you want to sleep in the bedroom had blinds but did not block light so up early-all supplies were all there even a closet of boogie boards, chairs , cooler , & even sand toys, was a pleasant surprise🌴☀️🐢 would stay there again when in Maui!

Very clean room, easy check-in. Room 122 isn't ocean facing but the beach is just a minute away from the door of the room! Grounds were well maintained and pool/hot tub were very clean as well. Restaurant is located on the property and also plenty of grills if you want to cook out. Overall very happy with the accommodations. Would stay here again.

This unit was spacious, nice to have 2 bathroom & washer/dryer but the bed really needs to be replaced. It would squeaks every time we moved, the mattress is worn out. There is definitely some deferred maintenance needed. Sands of Kahana is a very nice resort, sunsets are fantastic. The pool is great, perfect water temperature, the Beach Club is very convenient, good food & service.

Dated but clean and well equipped. Not ocean view but overlooking parking lot and street. Left a note with Sullivan properties as to some immediate repairs and updates needed
