The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is great! It was as described, clean, comfortable and stocked with the kitchen and bath stuff needed for an easy stay. We loved the location -- close enough to town, but far enough out to be quiet; and super close to the snorkel spot at Kahalu’u Beach Park! We also enjoyed the resturants at the nearby Keauhou Shopping Center -- including Bianellis and KenichiKnutson team was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful property in every respect but one that was a big factor in the ability to enjoy it. I am to blame since I did not recognize that there is no AC in the unit we rented! Knudson did all, they could to rectify the problem for us just did not work out for a group of 73 year old travelers!

A ground floor wrap around lanai with multiple doors provies options for dining outdoor or indoor or just enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.The staff at Knutson & Associates Property Management were very helpful and friendly. There is a lot of Aloha here.

Close to many beaches and other attractions. We also loved the pool and ping pong table at the complex. Management company was excellent in providing restaurant and activity suggestions, as well as making us feel welcome. We had gorgeous sunset views every night from the patio. Condo is located in a gated community with meticulously maintained grounds. Staying here made our vacation very special!

The condo has been recently renovated and has a expansive view of the Pacific Ocean. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. The grounds of the club are beautiful and meticulously maintained. The condo facility is very quiet, safe, and very close to beach activities (Kahalu’u Beach Park and Sea Quest Tours). There is a shopping area nearby that has several restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping available. The customer service and communication provided by Knutson & Associates was excellent. I would gladly stay again at this property.
