Kihei Akahi Resort C405 - Beautifully decorated with original Hawaiian art. Comfortable Ocean View One Bedroom One Bath 655 sq. ft. located on the 4th floor, in building C.
Enjoy great views from your lanai (balcony) of the Pacific Ocean, tropical foliage, sunsets, and views of Haleakala.
There is a window air conditioner in the living room should you need it, plus two ceiling fans. The tradewinds bring the fresh sea air into your living space and the unit faces South so there is no direct sun entering the condo during the day. This keeps the condo comfortable most of the year. Free secure 5G speed (400 Mb/s) wireless Internet for your devices. Free local, USA mainland, Canada and select international phone calls are included. There is a smart flat screen TV with DVD player in the living room. There is a desk and chair for working and a washer and dryer inside the condo. The master bedroom has King size bed, TV with built in DVD player and ceiling fan. Bathroom has tub/shower with hand railing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large counter space to prepare meals. If you like to dine out, there are many great restaurants within walking distance.
Everything you need for your Maui vacation is included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and much more!
The well maintained Kihei Akahi complex has two swimming pools, BBQs, and a tennis court surrounded in a tropical landscaped setting. This complex is directly across the street from popular Kama'ole Beach Park II and is close to Wailea and Keawakapu Beach.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.
*Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.
*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.

The unit is in a fantastic location - a quick walk to the beach but also very quiet and overlooking a beautifully maintained courtyard. The entire complex is immaculate and maintenance is top notch. The condo is very well equipped. When coming back to Maui I'll be booking the same unit is possible, and if not available then I'd still look to see if there's anything else available in the complex given all that it offers.

Location of property was excellent. Able to go anywhere we wanted pretty easily. Very nice resort — clean, quiet, well-kept. People in the office were very pleasant and helpful.
Condo itself was as advertised — perfect size for the 2 of us to use as our home base.
Sat and watched whales out in the bay from our 4th floor balcony.
Very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location, organic grocery store 5 min walk away, so many places to eat, massive green area where half the town would come to peacefully sit and enjoy the sunset every night... Apt had everything we needed, boogie boards to beach towels - all the utensils you'd want. They did a great job with this place. Absolutely great job.

We had an issue due to the AC not working, which took about half our trip to resolve, but it’s working now. Lucky for future guests because there is now a brand new unit installed. We love the location since you can walk to a lot of stores and beaches. Safeway is only a few minutes drive as well. The view from the balcony is better than the pictures show, and the property outside the window was very nice to look at. I would stay here again. Oh and there were boogie boards and beach chairs in the unit as well.
