I was SO happy with this home in Wailea. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and had everything we needed down to beach towels, zip lock bags, amazing cooking appliances, etc. It was all the little details. There wasn’t one thing I felt was missing. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and location. The beach just down the hill was perfect for me and the kids (ages 10-15). They swam safely and the sand was soft. We are absolutely coming back again!

Great condo! Our second 2 week stay was amazing again! No issues other than the unit did not have a Keurig coffee machine. We went to Target and bought one and left it for future guests. It also matches the decor. Aloha!

It was nice to have an assigned parking spot each time we pulled in. We enjoyed walking to the beach. Monkeypod was good for dinner as was Nalu's South Shore grill in Kihei

We had a wonderful weeks stay in Wailea! The home is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. It is beautiful decorated throughout, and it has everything you would find in your own home. We really loved spending time on the large balcony. It faces directly towards the ocean. Fun to watch whales in the distance. The location is great! It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well, but most are a short ride. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. It was a great place to come to after a day of adventures and the beach. It was home away from home for a week.

We enjoyed our few nights at this beautifully decorated condo. Very well stocked for an enjoyable stay. We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it seemed to be quite a distance but close beaches with ample parking even over the 4th of July weekend. Located in a very nice area. We left behind an extra (new) beach chair we brought over from Kauai- but the condo was also already stocked for beach items- chairs, coolers, beach towels. A few extra bath towels in the condo would be nice as I believe there were only 4-5 and there were 4 of us. Hopefully we'll return again some day!! Thanks!

This rental was amazing, it was beautifully designed and has absolutely everything you need. An absolute pleasure to come home to after our days at the beach/touring the island. Loved bbq’ing up a delicious dinner in the evenings on the lanai - the sunset and ocean view was outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! This was our 2nd time renting from CBIP. We rented a different condo as the one we rented in 2019 was unavailable. This condo was much nicer, more up-to-date, but much more expensive. The only concern we had was the oven. Our first night there we arrived late and bought a frozen pizza for dinner only to discover the oven did not work. We reported the problem immediately. CBIP acknowledged our concern immediately but never fixed the problem. More money does not mean better quality.

My stay in Unit 102 was very nice. The condo is beautiful and well maintained. The sunset views from the lanai were perfect. When I booked this unit I didn’t realize it was on the second floor and I don’t recall that this was mentioned in the online description. If it is not stated, I suggest this be included.

Wonderful property! We stayed with another couple for 4 nights and this condo had everything we needed. Perferct location close to the beach and resturants. Wonderful lanai where we ate our meals or had cocktails in the evening while enjoying the sunsets.

The condo was just remodeled and they did a fantastic job. It was well decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were soft and clean, the indoor and outdoor spaces were large and well furnished. The location was great and the complex was well maintained overall! I would definitely stay there again!

Very nicely decorated condo in a very nice location. Good view of the ocean in the distance. Newly remodeled and very nicely done. Loved the patio living space, the sliding door to patio that opens double wide and grill on patio. Bed was very comfortable.
