My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Princeville. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood in a golf course community. Location was great. Mountain view from the Lanai was spectacular. Interior of condo was a little dated but it was very comfortable. Kitchen had all that we needed. Bed was comfortable and AC was great but was really only needed for a hour or two in the afternoon once we got home for our day's adventures. Recommend putting this on your list of possibilities for your upcoming trip to the north end of Kauai.

This condo is everything that you need for the perfect stay on the North Shore! It was very clean, well stocked, and the beach gear was useful. The view was amazing of the mountains and waterfalls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is PERFECT. It had everything we needed and the ac worked great. You will never miss a sunset being so close to Sunset Outlook. Daniel was a great host. He was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any questions. And there wasn’t a long chore list for check out (which is rare these days!). We also enjoyed all of the beach gear. Would highly recommend this unit and host.

We loved this property! It was walkable to a beautiful tucked away beach, you could see the moutains and waterfall from the lanai, and was just a great location for our adventures! We stayed here for the 2nd half of our honeymoon and loved it! It was close to the beach and a beautiful lookout perfect for watching the sunset. It was very clean and well stocked. We were grateful for the washer and dryer! Communication with the host was excellent! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfectly situated, great spot to use. The lofted portion has very steep stairs, so be mindful in assigning beds, but overall a beautiful stay closely located near Hanalei Bay, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, and plenty of other great spots.
Nice bathroom with fully stocked shower products, beach and bath towels, extra bed linen, and great shower, especially to get the sand off at the end of the day! Bathroom door doesn’t lock (not a big deal). The kitchen had every appliance and item you could need, including washer/dryer for particularly muddy clothes from
hiking, plus beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and cooler bag available for use. The balcony was a perfect spot to start our mornings- incredibly gorgeous views of the trees!
Parking- one thing to be mindful is that you’re actually sharing the spot with another unit (208A and 208B). We always managed to either use 208, a free permit spot, or under the lamppost, so it wasn’t a problem and we were always a few feet from the front entrance.
Overall, we had a really wonderful time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient spot in Princeville!

We loved that we were in close proximity to all that the north shore has to offer & the beautiful walking trails around the golf course. Daniel was prompt in his responses and communication. Overall, the condo was neat & presentable, however, there was visible dust on ceiling fans, doors, etc. which was unfortunate as I am highly sensitive to dust. A good deep cleaning of the condo would make it the perfect place to stay.

We had an amazing time in Princeville! John was a wonderful host, checking in as soon as I booked the condo, months in advance of our stay. Provided a great list of suggestions shortly before our arrival and was quick to respond with questions. His condo is so cute, clean, and a well equipped kitchen.
Princeville and Hanalei are both beautiful and quaint. When first booking I wasn’t sure whether we should stay near Poipu or Princeville and am so happy with our decision to choose Princeville. Poipu is a little more touristy with resorts and more hustle and bustle. But has a cute shopping village with a Hawaiian dance show twice a week. We got an early start one day, packed a lunch and hiked Waimea Canyon, then spent some time on shipwreck beach (much less crowded than Poipu beach) and then had dinner in the shopping village, watched the show and headed back to Princeville - where we stayed for the remainder of the trip!
John provided a great list of options for things to do which we took advantage of. We kayaked Hanalei River and relaxed on the beach; we hiked a couple trails and ate out a couple nights. We also did a Napali Coast boat tour that was amazing that also included some snorkeling (booked through Holo Holo Charters with pickup only about 10 minutes from the condo). One of my many favorite things about Hawaii as a whole are the roosters. I don’t know why. But they’re everywhere and I love them. If I could get one through security (and still get along well with my neighbors) I’d take one home with me! :)
Anyway had a wonderful time and highly recommend renting Johns condo!

This was a perfect place to stay for my husband and I. We did not use the loft, but someone with a child able to go/up down the steps to the loft would be comfortable there too. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and best of all there was a good breeze that came through with the windows. We used the AC sometimes in the afternoon if we were there, but generally the solid breeze was enough to keep us reasonably comfortable.

BEST, BEST part was the view of the cliffs in Hanalei Bay. Such a nice place to have morning coffee. Watched the nene’s and nature outside in the woods. Quite and relaxing stay!

John gave a list of things of suggestions on things to see and restaurants and this was more helpful to us than what we had printed out ourselves ahead of time. We were so thankful he did this for us. Two of our favorite things we did we just walked from the condo, queens bath and the little crescent beach at the end of the street!
I would definitely recommend this place for your stay to Kauai!
