We stayed for 2 weeks in November and booked for 2 more in March. The views are incredible and on most days/nights you get a moderate to strong ocean breeze to keep it cool. The unit is outfitted with portable AC but we never used it. Great layout with comfortable furniture and beds. The patio furniture needs upgrading but otherwise everything was good. The rental includes use of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which we used every morning to work out, swim, play pickleball. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival but Poipu365 quickly resolved them for us. The condo would benefit from a deep clean (walls, cupboards) but in general was tidy upon our arrival.

The location of the property was excellent- walkable to different amenities and the beach. Good view of the ocean, with a large balcony. They also accommodated a late request for an early check in. Everything was also very clean. I would wonder what the recent renovations were that they had advertised? The unit itself clearly had a very old carpet thought out as well as very outdated furnishings. Additionally there was an alarm that went off nearly the entire night from another unit nearby and no one responded to my text from the on call service.

There were 3 of us so this space was perfect. The balcony is large with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Make sure you come to the condo before heading to the grocery store. Previous renters leave non perishables, coffee filters and spices so it’s really nice not to have to purchase so much for your stay. The is also beach and swimming equipment, books, games and dvds. The only downside is the a/c. Keep the master bedroom door closed and the balcony and 2nd bedroom door open for a cross breeze and this helps. It does get a little warm not it is manageable. The pool and grounds are very nice and well kept.

This is a beautiful, clean and wonderful condo that is roomy and a great place to stay! We loved the location, the view, the amenities, especially the kitchen, and the location of the pool was awesome! You do not need to bring anything, as the owners have this lovely place fully equipped for the items you'll need, including the beach chairs, beach toys, etc. We also loved how clean the condo was upon arrival and how easy checking in and out was. An important side note: There is no an elevator for this property and it's located on the third floor.A special note to all guests to Kauai: Please bring/ buy reef-safe sunscreen ONLY and do not bring spray sunscreen--it destroys the life and living treasures in the ocean!

The kitchen was well stocked but could’ve used some more plates and cutting knives. Would have liked to have some beach gear available especially chairs and an umbrella. Loved staying here! Such a great location. We loved our walks on the beach and loved spending time at the athletic club. A few more items in the kitchen would have come in handy since we did cook almost every night, but we made do. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed five days and had a great time. The unit was well represented with the photos. It was quiet and spectacular views. Comfortable master bed. The beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy when we went to Poipu beach. Two suggestions for the owner: replace the furniture on the veranda. The arms of the lounge chairs are rusty. And for such a nice condo, you shouldn’t use one ply toilet paper. Seems minor buts it’s not. Other than that, we had a great stay

Beautiful views from the deck. Easy 10 minute walk to Shipwreck beach. The property manager replied quickly to text questions and info for check in/out was provided in a timely manner. AC in master and living room was good. 2nd bedroom did not have a/c and was a little warm for my daughters. Loved the washer and dryer and beach towels. Also, beds were very firm. Kitchen had what we needed except for cookware was old and needed replaced. I gave it 4 stars because the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and wouldn't stay here again due to not getting much sleep in the nine days we stayed.

All the furniture on the lanai needs replacing - loungers are rusty and wicker furniture is at the end of its lifespan. Kitchen has no working hood fan and we had to ask for additional cutlery and glassware. Bathroom off second bedroom needs walls repaired and painted. We appreciated the supply of beach chairs. This was our first time to Hawaii. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The only complaint is the temperature of rooms in August. It says air conditioning in this unit but what they should have said was there is an air conditioning unit in the living room and 1 bedroom not both. It was still very hot in our condo with the AC units. We can deal with a little heat but if you can’t I would recommend a unit with full AC.

The only down side was that during our stay it was very hot and the trade winds were not blowing so the second bedroom remained very warm where there was not a portable air conditioner. My family and I stayed here and we had a lovely time - The location was wonderful, we walked each morning toward the Hyatt and the beach over there, and the location is very close to Poipu beach. The only comments I have are: the coffee pot did not work and I wish there was central air since one of my children was very small and the heat was somewhat hard on him (The listing does say there are two portable AC units, so this does not count against the stay). Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Overall, I would recommend and stay at this location again. When we first arrived, we couldn’t figure out why none of the lights and ceiling fans worked. Through process of elimination figured out that a breaker was tripped. Coffee maker didn’t work. Property mgmt firm brought over keurig pods. Was not informed that we would have painters on the balcony for 2 days. Beautiful view but the windows were filthy from power washing. Property mgmt firm sent someone over to clean the windows. Both of these were an inconvenience. Kitchen was well appointed. My only recommendation is replace dirty carpet with tile or LVT.

The location of this condo is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed being on the third floor and having an expansive view of the ocean. The interior of the condo is okay. However, I felt that the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The guest bath walls were very dirty around the toilet area and the master bath had remnants of what looked like toilet paper left in the shower when we arrived, and the master toilet leaked at the base.I was also unimpressed that on our last full day at the condo, we came back at 11:30am to find four men on the lanai sanding and prepping it to paint it. I think that we should have been informed that there was going to be construction to the property during our stay. We previously had the opportunity to stay at another condo at the same property that was managed by a different company and I will always rent from them in the future. The other company’s communication with us during our stay was excellent and that condo was exceptionally clean.
