This unit has fantastic views, it is nicely decorated and very clean. The only issues are that some of the window screens and the screen doors are worn out and have gaps in the seams which allowed smaller gnats, flies, and mosquitos access to unit. We woke up the first morning to find the bathroom and kitchen sinks sprinkled with small live and dead bugs.
You can’t keep all of the windows closed because the only AC unit is a portable one that is in the downstairs bedroom. Incidentally, the vent of the AC unit also has gaps that allowed bugs in.
Other than that we had a great stay.
The facility/building is an older unit from the 70s/80s and in need of an upgrade.
Nevertheless, this is a good choice if you are looking to stay in Princeville and don’t mind sharing your place with a few bugs.

The location and view can't be beat and overall the condo was great. But we were disappointed to see that several issues mentioned in previous reviews were still not addressed. AC unit upstairs was missing. Screen doors still non-operational. Stinky washing machine. No hairdryer. Slightly dirty overall. But they were all so minor that we didn't waste precious vacation time calling and trying to get them fixed. Hopefully they be addressed prior to the next guests. Everything else about the place was great. Comfy beds, nice couch, decent amount of kitchen gear, and KILLER views. Only other item to mention for others inbound would be that this unit had the least amount of 'beach gear' than any other unit we've stayed in over the years. No snorkel gear, no boards (boogie or surf) and lame soccer style chairs instead of true lounging low back beach chairs (did have 2 umbrellas). Again minor issues that are easily overlooked as you soak in the views of the ocean and Hanalei Bay.

Absolutely loved this property. It had everything we needed and the view was the absolute best view on the island! Beds were comfortable and cozy, kitchen had everything! We will be back!

Watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Great location on the north side of Kauai. My wife enjoyed all the different plants growing around the property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

We are a family of 4 with two teens - had a wonderful stay in this condo. The view is spectacular. Bathrooms are big. Beds are big and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We would 100% stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Kauai.

We came to Princeville for our anniversary The view we had from this property is the best view we’ve had in our travels. Well maybe Bora Bora come close. Such a beautiful spot. We will be back for sure !!! Great location and very clean and roomy condo. so peaceful. The only noise we heard was the waves and birds. Truly paradise.

This condo might have the best view on the island. Condo was recently updated, super clean, light and bright. We stayed there during the rainy season and slept to the sound of rain and waves combined.
Kitchen had everything we needed for dinners at home. Beds were very comfortable.
Only suggestion for the owner or management company: we are frequent renters of vacation properties and it is unusual that there would be only one hair dryer for a two-bedroom property.

The gorgeous landscaping that welcomed us to our unit was just the start of a fabulous vacation for our family of 4. The common space and bedrooms were large and nicely furnished. The lanai and entire living/dining area overlooks Hanalei Bay and just viewing that every day was special. The house had everything we needed, and more. Chairs, umbrellas, surf board, cooler, beach/lawn chairs, towels were provided and in almost new condition. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped with all the needs for our stay. We didn't need to buy any extras! The dining space was a bit small for 4 but there is a long kitchen serving counter for spreading out. The towns of Princeville and Hanalei offer shops, dining, yoga (we did all !) and many specialty stores. We didn't realize that some areas required advance reservations so we missed those. We recommend you search out your interests and reserve if needed. The beaches near Pali Ke Kua are rocky so driving to far north of island or to Poipu in the south will get you to large beach areas. There are plenty of hiking and running trails too. We ate pizza close to our unit at Hideaway Pizza and our last night The Dolphin in Poipu was excellent seafood, although pricey. Kauai is a really spectacular island and we hope to return one day and try this unit again.

This condo unit had a spectacular view of the mountains and the ocean, plus beautiful sunsets! The condo was very accommodating, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The pool was good-size, quiet and surrounded by flowers. We would highly recommend the unit.

The view was excellent. Nice gifts left for us. House was spacious and comfortable for 6 of us. Kitchen stocked with necessary items. Pretty Hawaiian touches; decorations. Clean. It’s a drive to the other beaches, shopping, restaurants etc., but Princeville and this area of homes are the prettiest on the island. Hideaway Beach which is right there, a hike down, but we did it holding a two year old, is by far the most beautiful and literally the only one I felt was what Kawaii was 30 years ago (my last trip.)

This was our 3rd stay at Pali Ke Kua. We loved the privacy of 215 and the views cannot be beat! The condo was clean, well furnished with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, garbage bags, everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy, Vacasa checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were very happy with 215 and would gladly stay here again.

My husband and I have used these rental properties for awhile now. Flip key. Vrbo. Airbnb. This was our first experience with vacasa. First class all the way. Condo was better than described. Immaculate. Everything that we could ever need. The view was breathtaking and the condo itself high end. We will hopefully stay here again

The view is great, the pool is decent, the showers are nice and the beds are pretty comfy. However, this property is outdated, we encountered some broken pieces and appliances. There was no map of the complex which would have been helpful to find the pool and beach. The property also had cobwebs and an overall dingy feel. There were ants all over the kitchen, and we reached out to Vacasa about the issue but never heard back. We didn't think Princeville was a great area so we would not stay again.
