Condo was great, everything was as advertised, great view, spacious, clean, comfortable bed etc… Location is excellent to be able to explore both the north or south parts of the island. We would be glad to stay here again when we return yo Kauai.

Everything was well stocked and the hosts provided many helpful tips on restaurants and activities. The central location was also great for going either north or south. We loved this condo. The Lai Nani property is always great and this unit was perfect for me and my husband. The location and ocean front view was perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler on our beach outings. We enjoyed the pool and the lovely grounds were we could sit in the shade and read. We walked to restaurants including Lava Lava Beach Club which was great. I highly recommend! And we will be back!

This condo definitely exceeded our expectations!! While we knew it was so pretty from pictures while searching for places for our stay in Kauai, when we arrived it was just paradise for sure!!
We did a lot of hiking, but truly, the best 2 days were when we just stayed around the condo, hanging out at the beach and having meals on the lanai!
Overall this condo is a beautiful place and highly recommend!!

Teri & Ron have stocked the condo thoughtfully and we had everything we needed for our week's stay (beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella snorkeling gear, laundry detergent, hair dryer, spices, condiments, etc.). The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedroom made for a great night's sleep. When we left, we felt so refreshed and ready to get back to the real world :).
The condo is located in the quaint town of Kapa'a, with a wide variety of great restaurants, and is perfectly situated to explore the island of Kauai. Our favorite eateries in Kapa'a were Napali Brewing Company, Sam's Ocean View, Lava Lava Club, the ice cream place next to Safeway, & Passion Bakery.
Teri was very quick to address our questions and we definitely plan to return to Lea Nani #523 for more R&R!

I stayed there on my own for three days and it was magical. The condo is beautiful and the grounds are stunning and very well maintained. Hosts were responsive and quick to help when needed. The pictures are accurate and honestly don’t do the view justice, it was an absolutely gorgeous spot. Some of the bedroom furniture has been updated since the photos were taken and it looks very nice. The bed is high and almost a little challenging for a shorter person like myself to get into… but there was a step stool in the kitchen that could be used and the bed itself was very comfortable. The bedroom A/C gave a cool spot for sleeping. Kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of spices and condiments etc. for cooking. Would definitely stay there again.

Teri and Ron were so kind throughout the whole process. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, right on the water. Technically the beach is public but it really doesn't feel like it. We loved spending time at the nearby sacred site as well. Overall, could not have asked for a better place to stay.

You can tell that the owners love their property as it is well maintained and decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable and eating meals on the balcony is a must as the view is beautiful! Convenient to everything and super easy check in process. Try garden island coffee truck if you are a coffee lover! Venture into Hanalei for a wishing well coffee and acai bowl (and of course a shave ice too)! Thanks for sharing your place- we can’t wait to come back!

This condo delivers. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I spent a lot of hours researching different places in Kauai and I’m glad I picked this one. If you love to walk, there is a great path that goes on and on along the beach. The pool is clean, refreshing and not crowded. The grounds are kept immaculate with various types of tropical plants. The beach is so natural, yet inviting and easy to play in with shade! The condo exceeded my expectations in all regards. The owner and manager/housekeeper were both very responsive to any questions that I had. No complaints!!

We absolutely love this condo at Lae Nani and were excited to return to it for the second year in a row! The view cannot be beat, and the furnishings are lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals every day. Teri was exceptionally welcoming, and Marvis, the onsite manager, was so accommodating and a joy to meet. Lae Nani, and this condo in particular, has become our home-away-from home. We're already thinking about our next trip "home!"

This beautiful location is on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained and gated community on the beach. The grounds were perfectly manicured, the foliage was stunning, and there were so many places to just relax and soak up the Hawaiian sun.
Just a 2-minute walk from some really great restaurants and local shops, you really wouldn't ever have to leave the complex to have your best week ever.
We feel so blessed to have found this property. Teri, if you ever decide to sell it, you MUST let us know!

We spent seven days at this beautiful condo, enjoying the view, the ocean breezes, and the quiet nights -- falling asleep to the calming sound of the ocean. It was the perfect respite for us. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable, and Cindy was great to work with. Just go to Lae Nani!!! (And book this condo!)

This is a lovely property. The condo is well maintained, comfortable and beautifully situated. The walking and cycling trails are an asset and there is shopping and activities within walking distance.
We enjoyed a beautiful vacation at this property, the weather was great with occasional showers, usually at night..
We would definitely recommend Lae Nani in Wailua as a destination .
