As soon as we arrived at our condo, I thought the photos don’t accurately show what a lovely location this is. The airlines left our luggage in Seattle, so we were distracted and frustrated, but when we walked onto the balcony and saw the surf, the grounds and the tiki torches it all melted away. The condo itself is very comfortable with good bedding, air conditioning in the main room as well as the bedroom and a nicely sized kitchen. The location suited us very well, being a short direct walk to the pool and a walking/biking trail. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants and retail stores. We liked Zorbas enough to go there twice. We enjoyed being on the top floor as it was surprisingly quiet. We were very happy to celebrate our 30th anniversary there and very much look forward to returning! Thanks, Joshua, for everything!

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was as described in the listing and is spacious with a nice layout. Having a king bed, which is very comfy, an extra bathroom, laundry inside the unit, and A/C are definitely great to have and really made our stay more comfortable. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen is well-equipped. We loved the ocean and garden view from the balcony. Also, the location was ideal for us. We did a lot of excursions and hiking both north and south, so no really long drives for us. The beach, pool, and lagoon areas are very nice too. Unfortunately, we only had time to enjoy them on check-out day because there is so much to do on this island! Inside the unit was very quiet as was the entire complex. We didn't visit Lava Lava until our very last day, but our food was excellent and you can easily walk there via the path by the beach. We were here for a week celebrating our 30th anniversary. We will stay here again if we ever visit this amazing island again. Maybe next time we can mostly just relax since we did most everything this time!!

The condo was centrally located we could easily travel to other areas on the island! While this area is a bit congested once you’re on the property you don’t see or feel it & you’re close to a lot of places so it’s really ideal! The condo was perfect for me & my husband I would recommend to another couple and would stay again myself without hesitation!

The property and view from our condo were amazing. We loved having the patio door open to listen to the waves. The Beach was nice and never crowded. The unit itself was clean and well furnished. This condo is a little slice of paradise. Beautiful, ‘postcard’ view from the patio and living area. Was spacious and comfortable for 2people and A/C was a big plus. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Lava Lava restaurant is next door and strip mall is only couple blocks walk. We look forward to visiting again soon.

A clean, well-maintained, nicely appointed condo in a great location. Checks all the boxes.
The space is attractive and comfortable with newer furnishings and appliances. Everything worked well. The view is terrific. We didn't bother with the AC in the living room, prefering the breeze and ocean sounds, but we did use the bedroom unit several evenings. Working with Joshua was a breeze - very helpful, responsive, and kind. It was a very satisfying rental experience in every way.
This was our second stay at Lae Nani, sixth visit to Kauai. We always choose the Wailua / Kapa'a area since it's midway to the North Shores (great snorkling) and Waimea and Kokeʻe State Parks (great hiking - we do the Alakai Swamp Trail every visit). And it's close to supplies (Safeway, Papaya's, Longs) and Sam's Ocean View.
We discovered Lae Nani last visit and returned for the ideal location. There's easy access to a beach, beautiful landscaping, and a quick walk to Lava Lava, Hukilau Lanai, and coconut marketplace. Should be even better when Napali Brewing Company opens. Back in 2025!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lae Nani, especially the view from the third floor unit. The resort has a small protected beach for kids as well as an area with bigger waves for good swimmers. There is a good beach-front restaurant within walking distance.

I appreciated the washer/dryer and A/C, which many units do not have. The view can’t be beat; we enjoyed the lanai, the grounds, and the beach. Short walk to nearby Lava Lava (restaurant) for a decent meal and live music. Centrally located, which we found very convenient. The only thing missing is kitchen spices for cooking (bring your own), laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/soap for the bathroom (even a small size starter pack would be helpful). Would stay here again!

We have stayed at quite a few condo’s on Kauai and Joshua’s has by far the best. The Condo itself was beautiful inside and the only thing to top it was the view. The condo had everything thing you needed. The beds were comfortable and ac made it easy to sleep. The condo grounds were wonderfully kept with a great beach. We were able to easily walk to really good restaurants (Russell’s and Bushido’s we recommend) plus there is a great little farmers market 2 x a week right down the street.
Joshua was easy to communicate with and really thought of everything. Again this is a great place to stay.

This property was perfect! Sitting on the Lanai enjoying the sun rise with a cup of Kauai coffee and listening to the palm trees sway in the breeze, birds singing and the ocean waves coming in was one of the best parts of vacation! We will be back again.
